SeaBeds - Luxury Lookouts with Hot Tubs

We stayed overnight this week to celebrate my husbands birthday. Check in was straight forward at main reception, then you are provided a map to locate your lodge. Parking spot available at the lodge. Lodge was clean and tidy, lots of good facilities. Hottub out front was lovely but did cool down very quickly. Speakers and projector was a lovely touch. Sadly there is no oven for cooking, a combination grill / microwave which didn’t cook our food well (there was also no instruction manual for this). We popped down the sofa bed to make use of the projector- the bed itself was very uncomfortable and would not be suitable for 2 adults. Some areas of general repair required - cracked decking near the hottub etc. Projector was great for watching a movie!

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the cost. While the property itself is lovely, the service (or complete lack of it) makes this a terrible value for money. Check-in is at an absurdly late 4 PM—I've stayed in hundreds, if not thousands, of hotels and have never encountered such a late check-in time. On top of that, check-out is at an unreasonably early 10 AM. This barely gives any time to enjoy the property, especially since by the time you check in, the sun is already setting. We paid £300 for this stay, only to be told we could check in earlier or check out later—but only if we paid even more. So, they *can* offer better service, they just choose to squeeze more money out of guests instead. It felt incredibly greedy. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no service provided. We weren’t even escorted to our lodge or given any guidance on how anything worked. For a premium price, I expected at least a basic level of hospitality, but this was just unacceptable. For the money, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are far better options where you’ll actually be treated like a valued guest instead of just a source of extra charges.

The most amazing experience from start to finish. From the surroundings to the luxurious interior, this place has it all. Amazing walks and scenery. Staff cannot do enough. The attention to detail is what sets it aside from the rest. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Just needed a break from the world out there and was rewarded with a very relaxing break with all the privacy needed. The check in was seamless the stay quiet and peaceful and breakfast was good. Thank you all at Woodlands Glencoe. Will be back

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I must for this great place in the highlands. Our 5th visit to Woodlands Glencoe we can’t get enough of this cosy haven. In the best possible location, fantastic views, service, accommodation, facilities and staff. We have stayed in both Riverbeds & Seabeds each of them have their own special appeal and atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed it’s magical Get booking.

Bad customer service. The staff are not helpful. They didn't arrange for us the taxi and we didn't find any taxi so we went to the hotel next to it and they helped us to arrange a taxi. Even i were not willing to help us with our luggage as the place is so too big and you need to talk through the garden. I asked them to help us with our luggage and they said we would see if we could help!!! .. for a luxury place like this , this is not acceptable at all. Moreover, there were no restaurants in the place so we went to the next hotel restaurant as well. The last thing, the breakfast was very basic (no eggs even) which was not meeting our expectations. For the money paid i think its not worth it.
