We could not fault the hotel from booking in to leaving all was clean,comfortable,safe and quite food lovely drinks good lovely pools and beach area staff were brilliant pleasent and couldn't do enough for you recommend to everyone and we would easy return back thanks for a lovely holiday mare blue suites

This was one of the best choices we made for our summer holidays. Very clean room and big with a magnificent view. Food was very good, great variety including sea food and depending on the day also Greek, Italian and Mexican etc. We will come again next year. Thank you for great memories

Not one to be negative but I feel it’s necessary when it comes to this hotel. Sadly, this trip away was for me and my husband’s honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely man (can’t remember his name) and I genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say regarding the staff. However, our room was down a dark corridor and had a really bad smell like sewage. The shower went hot and cold constantly, one point scalding my skin. The shower also didn’t have a shower holder, it also flooded the room to the point where it made it very slippy and a safety hazard. The bedding had a damp feel and the rooms were dirty. There were cobwebs and dust in the corners. 😢 The cleaners/maids would sometimes storm in the room, even though we had the do not disturb setting on. Not sure where to start on the food, there was little to no variety. If eating spaghetti and skewers everyday is your thing then maybe you’d enjoy. It was literally the same every meal and me and hubby ended up spending money on food out most nights. The dessert choices were lacking too but not terrible. The cocktails were nice and strong but , again, not much choice for the all inclusive. 👎🏼 The pool was laughable; when we got there, we said to eachother “surely that’s not the pool”. It was the size of a fish finger. Seriously. And it was located in such a weird place, right next to where people dine. The food part isn’t even a restaurant, it’s a bar area so nothing really differentiates lunch time to dinner time. 😢 Like i said, the staff were lovely however it was our honeymoon and we were given twin beds. They gave us a mattress topper, which again, is nice and helpful but not the most romantic a week after you get married! A staff member did bring us two bottles of white wine to our room for the inconvenience which was nice. That all being said, the location is beautiful, right upon the gorgeous sea front and lots of bars and food places in walking distance. Really not worth the £1500 + we paid. I hate writing bad reviews especially with decent friendly staff but at the end of the day, we are hard working people who spent a lot of money on this terrible hotel, also for what was meant to be our honeymoon. Just want to make sure other people don’t make the same mistake! 🥲

Food comes out of a van every evening freezing cold, they even give you a microwave to warm it up, not great for an all inclusive hotel, same food morning, lunch and dinner..we are still here now had enough looking for flight home.. no sun loungers on resort unless you sit on a very dirty beach. No restaurant you have to eat outside which is fine if sun is out but it's cold in the evenings so you have to wrap up. We was told to sleep in a room with no secure lock. Took us till 2.30 am to get moved. We have moved rooms 3 times now still not happy as the bathroom floor keeps flooding even though shower isn't on. AVOID THIS CHAIN ITS A JOKE

Hotel z bardzo miłą i przyjazną obsługą. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, podczas tygodniowego pobytu ręczniki wymieniane trzykrotnie, pościel jeden raz. Codziennie dokładane kosmetyki do kąpieli i pielęgnacji oraz kawa i herbata. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, wyposażenie nowoczesne, łóżka wygodne z dobrym materacem. Jedzenie urozmaicone, dużo różnorodnych owoców (pomarańcze, dwa rodzaje melonów, ananasy, arbuzy, banany). Mało miejsca w części jadalnej (za mała liczba stolików), brak części zamkniętej - wszystkie posiłki spożywało się na świeżym powietrzu, czasem w pełnym słońcu- to jedyne minusy. Plaża piaszczysta z niewielką liczbą kamieni (buty do wody nie były dla mnie konieczne), wystarczająca liczba darmowych leżaków. Okolica spokojna, blisko do pięknej Chani, z możliwością dojazdu autobusem. Polecam hotel na wakacyjny relaks i odpoczynek.

Bardzo fajny hotel: czyste pokoje (sprzątane codziennie), obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna i przemiła, przepiękny widok na morze (pokój nr 20), od plaży oddzielony rzadko uczęszczaną drogą. Leżaki darmowe, ba - na plaży łapie nawet hotelowe wifi! Jedzenie dobre, duży wybór. Dla mnie na minus drinki w all-in, bardzo mały wybór i nieco sztuczne napoje, stołówka na powietrzu, więc jak padało to nie było zbyt przyjemnie, no i osoby palące (mnie akurat dym bardzo drażni) i niepalące w jednym miejscu :( . Mimo wszystko bardzo polecam - kameralny hotel, tylko dla dorosłych! :)
