This is the best hotel we 've ever stayed during the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is in superb location. Breakfast is yummy. The room is large, clean , well designed. With the basin outside bathroom, it is very convenient for guests. There are coffee, fresh lemonade drink and snack available for guests to grab on the 1st floor. Above all, all staff here are kind, very helpful and super friendly. They help you solve problem with all their best. We are really impressed. We felt like we stayed with families. On the 1 st day, we arrived, we had the problem that we could not buy tickets for Changbaishan. The receptionists tried to help us book the tickets until they finished work. Later, we just knew that they passed on the task to the night shift staff. The new group of staff kept helping us. Unfortunately, we could not book tickets until the end of the day. On the later day, the morning shift - receptionists came back to work and put all their effort to help us book Changbaishan tickets again. It worked this time!! We were very grateful. Without their help, the trip would not be completed because we could not visit the mountain. In addition, the hotel is located in good neighborhood. You can find souvenir shop, Chinese restaurant, Korean food , and reach mini-mart within 1-2 minutes by foot. There is a mini-mart with necessary stuff and fruits downstairs. And if you look for more varieties of fruits, there is a supermarket in the same road at the back of the hotel. Everything is perfect!! We would definitely stay here again if we come to Changbaishan. And definitely, we would like to highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Changbaishan too!!

Stay two night here. Hotel downstair is a supermarket, you can get everything from there direct access from the hotel lift to lower ground floor.
There also have 2 unit of washing machine and dryer. It will be peak during night time.

Staff is very friendly and helpful as they helped us to order food delivery and book changbai mountain entry ticket as we faced some restriction when buying on own. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is tasty and has alot of variety. They also give us some snack when we checked out. Overall has good experience despite we did not manage to go changbai mountain due to closure. Will come back again in future. The only bad is far from the town Center but you can call a Taxi.

Overall good stay, unfortunately we got the room directly beneath restaurant kitchen above, if you like to sleep in, avoid room 8379. Room is spacious and clean. Location is away from town centre. peak season hard to call car. City bus 2 stop right outside.

Best honestly we've ever stayed in. Check in was seamless, they even allowed us to check in earlier. Place is really cosy which made us feel like we're at home.

Hotel is in Erdao Baihe town about 5 km from Changbaishan raiway station. Still far from Chanbaishan. Hotel has no service to Changbaishan. Room has a good size. Bathroom is big and function properly. There is a coffee machaine. The negative side is very bad internet connectoon.
