The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, media room, living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, and large covered patio area. Guest house has two queen beds, seating area, private bath, and kitchenette. Rented only in conjunction with the main house at a cost of an extra $150 per night.
