Otel genel olarak çok güzeldi. Yemekler iyi, içecekler iyi, odalar çok güzel, deniz harikaydı. Yeni sezonda tekrar gitmek isterim

Venezia Palace Deleluxe Hotel'de konaklamayı tercih ettik ve bu tercihimizden son derece memnun kaldık. İki gece, üç günlük tatilimiz boyunca harika bir ortamda bulduk kendimizi. Otel personeli bizi her zaman güler yüzle karşıladı ve ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalıştılar. Yemekhanenin temizliği kusursuzdu ve yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Esra, Emine, Fatma Nur ve diğer çalışanlar bizimle ilgilenirken oldukça özenliydiler. Ayrıca, Orhan Bey, Serkan Bey, Kadir Bey ve diğer personeller de bize yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Spa hizmetlerinden de çok memnun kaldık. Sema Hanım ve diğer çalışanlar masaj, kese ve köpük hizmetleriyle bizi rahatlattılar. Akşam yemeğini Türk mutfağından lezzetlerle donatılmış alakart restoranda yedik ve yemeğin kalitesi ve personelin ilgisi bizi memnun etti. Ayrıca, balık ve hamur işleri restoranının bulunması da güzeldi. Döner, dondurma, pasta, tatlılar, çay, kahve ve diğer içecekler sınırsızdı ve lezzetliydi. Deniz ve sahilin güzelliği karşısında büyülendik ve bahçe ile çevre düzenlemesi de oldukça etkileyiciydi. Otel çalışanlarına ve yöneticilerine teşekkür eder, başarılarının devamını dileriz.

Overall we had a great holiday. The hotel has lots of positives but also some negative points. It is close to the airport and taxis were available to get around. There was a bus stop right outside although we didn’t use it. The reception area is great and has been nicely refurbished. It is a good place to sit and relax after dinner with a bar close by. There is a lovely terrace area too. The pools are excellent, lots of shallow areas for younger children and a fantastic splash park and slides. Never any issue getting sun loungers where we wanted. Food was good, although a little repetitive in the buffet but always something tasty to eat. Service is variable though and most often drinks are self service during meal times. The Italian a la carte was very good and the lunch spots all offered something different. The beach wasn’t great but the pier was lovely (particularly at night). Would not recommend the water activities offered at the beach as the safety aspects are not aligned to UK standards. We did receive a full refund after an incident occurred. Fortunately no one was injured. We didn’t take part in the activity programme and only saw some of the evening entertainment but what we did see was good. The drinks were good with plenty of options and waffles at 4pm were great. Would have been nice to have the baked potatoes on offer earlier in the day as they are only available between 3 and 4. We had a swim up room. The room was nice and well equipped however the bathroom was terrible. It has not been refurbished to anywhere near the standard of the rooms. There is evidence of this throughout the hotel - the hallways are not fully refurbished and many areas were still under construction. There is also a large construction site next door. This did not affect us as our room was on the other side of the hotel but the cranes could be seen throughout the complex. Housekeeping was consistent throughout and minibar filled daily. The complex in general is well kept and the grounds are lovely. The hotel is large and there is plenty of space to walk around. Despite the ongoing improvement work we still had a great holiday although it does take away from the 5* feel that you would expect. We also used the spa - the massages were very good and reasonably priced and the spa facilities (steam, sauna, rain room, salt room and hammam) that you could use at any time were good. Would recommend the hotel to others with school aged children due to the excellent facilities on offer.
