Wusheng Yisu (Yunfeng Tunbao Scenic Area)

Fantastic hotel situated in an incredibly well-preserved Ming dynasty village. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room was fantastic - very clean and a comfortable bed! There are many things to see here, including a Buddhist temple of 500 years one of the mountains the town in nestled beneath. Far different from the new old towns we saw in Lijiang and shangri-la, this village is the real deal and just unbelievable to walk through and explore. We also enjoyed walking down to the nearby town outside the gates. The Karst mountains in this area are extremely dramatic and beautiful to behold. There is a speciality coffee shop and a place to get breakfast near the gate - we suspect that we were visiting outside of peak time as it was generally quiet but that suited us just fine. The host made us wonton and dumpling soup in a vegetable broth which was very nice. The hosts are very kind and they have prepared a wonderful place from which to explore this very special village. It is about a 40 minute taxi from Anshun West station and 20-30 minute taxi into Anshun city. Thank you!

Heerlijke homestay/guesthouse in oude straat van Yunshan. De kamer is rustig gelegen en kijkt uit op de rustieke binnenplaats. Wat een idilisch plekje. Je waant je honderden jaren terug in de tijd Vraag je taxi wel om je na de slagbomen beneden te brengen naar de poort hoger op. Dan hoef je nog maar 80 meter te lopen in de voetgangerszone. Ze waren in maart 2025 enkele huizen aan het begin van de straat aan het renoveren in oude stijl, maar gaf geen geluidsoverlast en was bijna klaar. In maart zijn er in Yunshan weinig resto open maar de eigenaar/gezin kookt graag wat lekkers voor je s'avonds.

環境不錯，是在寨子裏面，整個寨子的氛圍也不錯，很適合休閑放鬆，是一個節奏很慢的地方，民宿裏很有藝術感，房間緊湊很温馨。
