perfect high end room. clean, new, high end furniture and really comfortable bed.
walking distance from the train and bus station. Still recommended to take a taxi if you hold bags.

Honestly, my stay at this hotel was more than wonderful!
The location is very close to the high-speed railway station, which made it super easy for me to get around—especially since I was traveling for a short time.
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the modern, simple decor gave a real sense of relaxation. The service was excellent—the staff treated guests with great respect and were always available to help with anything.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and a great location, especially for those who want to stay near the train station. You’ll feel relaxed both mentally and physically ❤️

The hotel is very clean and the room is very nice and neat, beds are comfortable with good facilities. The location is near to the train station and the staffs are very helpful with good services. The hotel provide free car pick up and drop off to train station as well.

新開酒店，從大堂到房間都是清爽乾淨，符合維也納的一貫品質，床鋪軟硬適中，熱水一開就有，水量夠強，有送外賣機器人，大堂接待人員熱情。酒店門口和地下都有停車位，離店時前台掃碼免費停。
早餐夠吃。
酒店對面就是高鐵站，方便轉運。
周邊環境一般，沒有大型超市和吃飯地方。

設施新，環境好，乾淨衞生，早餐不錯。有升級房型，謝謝，好評！但是服務員整體水平有待進一步培訓和提高。原因是：1.不管提什麼要求，前台都不加思索，立刻就説，沒有！等你反覆跟他請求，他才答應。最後證明，房間是有挨在一起的，但是一開始他兩次想讓我們不同樓層。2.哪怕我要一雙涼拖鞋穿，這種普通要求，前台都立刻説，沒有！我説前天那個房間都有兩雙，今天這個房間一雙沒有，他才説給我。3.入住期間，不想着好好服務，離店當天下午3-4點，用不同手機號打電話，來索要好評，拉黑一個號換一個號打來。4.前台全是暑假工，三四個女孩湊一塊，拼湊不出一個幹練的樣子，一台電腦辦入住，三四個人一臉迷茫，整不明白。總結：硬件很好，軟件不好，如果沒有服務意識，再新的裝修也幹不長久

離火車站算是挺方便的，天氣涼的話走過去蠻舒服，這一帶有很多家酒店，幸好自己訂了，這一家勝價比很高，比起深圳廣州的維也納好多了好多了！前台小姐姐們的服務都很好，帶着小朋友給我房間升級了，還提供了小童的牙刷，拖鞋。酒店很新，衞生做得很好，住的很舒服。很想多呆一晚，可惜趕着去雲南。如果下次來安順還會選擇住這裏。
