Large studio 30 m2 in the city center and next to the old town of Annecy

The 30 m2 studio on the raised ground floor is located in the center of Annecy, at the entrance to the old town, Faubourg Sainte Claire (street famous for its restaurants and entertainment). The train station is 700 m, the lake 900 m, the central shopping street Rue Royale 500 m, the supermarket 250 m, the bakery 150 m and the parking spaces are right next to the building and those which are free at 300 m. The studio, very quiet, includes basic supplies (sheets, towels), fiber optic internet, a washer-dryer and basic appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob and oven, fridge / freezer). Bathroom with bathtub. 140x190 bed. Arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before noon. For an arrival after 9pm, supplement of 10 €. Our friends the animals are accepted with a fixed supplement of 20 €. The studio is accepted for smokers, however please remember to ventilate the studio and / or smoke outside. We kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival day to organize the delivery of the keys.
