Nice apartment of 50m² completely renovated including:
1 entrance with beautiful fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, stone worktop, the kitchen is lit by a window and a French window opening onto an interior balcony
1 corridor serving in order: toilets (separated from the bathroom), a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hair dryer and a bedroom, the corridor then leads to a large living room of 25 m² with exposed stone walls, flat screen TV, a sofa easily convertible into a comfortable bed for 2 people, a pretty dining area, a double glazed French door again gives access to the bedroom equipped with a queen bed 160x200.
All rooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep
The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street. The lake is close by. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll along the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month.
