Location was great just on the Great Ocean Road. Carpet was badly stained and the bathroom looking a bit tired. There was a weird wooden frame enclosing the bed mattress that was also stained and looked incomplete - very odd. The rest was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location in Anglesea! Very comfortable room and accommodating staff. We were put into the accessible room and I'm not 100% convinced it would be appropriate for a wheelchair user. The bathroom is very large, but the doorway to that room is kind of blocked by the bed so I doubt very much a chair could get passed it. The toilet is a RH one only and the bar is so high up that I wasn't be able to use it to lower myself onto the toilet. Very clean though!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and great cafes for the morning coffee. Room has been refreshed, very clean and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly & having access to the tennis court, gym and indoor pool at the great ocean road resort resort was a bonus. Bathroom outdated but clean. Carpet needs replacing. Would return and happy to pay a little extra if further updates to motel were made specifically carpet, bathroom.

Like many other reviewers I found the rooms very spacious and incredibly clean and neat. All facilities were present including coffee capsule machine, Microwave and toaster etc. Would stay again. Was too cold for the pool but it looked very clean also.

We really enjoyed our spontaneous last minute stay at Anglesea Riverside Motel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved that we also had access to facilities at the Great Ocean Road Resort which was only a 2 minutes walk away. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. A big thumbs up from the kids.

The accommodations was not easy to find in the dark, having never been to Anglesea before didnt really know what to expect. They need some outdoor lighting and signage. The premises has been painted recently, and they have all matching cutlery and coffee pods. I was in room 5 the bed was a bit too soft and the room was cold even with the heater on, which still really didnt make a difference as the heater is located away from the bed so it took ages for the room to warm up. Its really easy to get this accommodation and the other one with a very similar name confused especially at night time in the rain. The owners were helpful and polite. If your never been to Anglesea before like me be aware that everything shuts really early in July by early i mean 8.30pm - 9.00pm on both Friday & Saturday nights. There is no where to get anything to eat by 9.00pm in town. The nearest place to get something to eat and drink is going back for a 30km drive to Geelong. So if you want a bickie or soft drink you better take some.

Perfect location! Quiet, comfortable, excellent WiFi and the added bonus of being able to use the facilities at the Great Ocean Road Resort! I used the gym and the indoor pool & jacuzzi - the former was great, the latter was too cold for winter use. This was our second trip staying with these folks and it was just as wonderful the second time.

The lady at the reception was warm and friendly, the room was spacious and finding out that we could use the facilities at the nearby resort was lovely too, which included a spa, restaurant and decking that you could sit at to enjoy, I would definitely book here again
