Brilliant hotel in every department. Immaculately clean and service 5 star. Having travelled for a long time and stayed in lots of places , I'd put the staff from door attendant, reception, bar staff, room service, infact everyone with a special mention to the chef who perfected my unusual chilli omelette . Truly amazing stay. 10 out of 10 to this great hotel and staff

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

Overall a solid stay, good value and convenient location. A few minor issues prevent a 5/5 rating in terms of room condition but everything else was very good. We paid around £38 / 2500php per night for 5 nights in a 1 bed suite, room H2. Quite a good deal as the room is very spacious and clean, apart from some old makeup stains on the bed cover when we arrived (old ones not fresh ones) All the staff are super friendly and nice, from housekeeping to front desk and security on both day and night shifts. They will always greet you and make sure you are ok, always smiling. Housekeeping available until 6pm and must be requested. You need to leave your key at reception and they even offered to clean my room at 7pm when I called late one time. Sometimes they would call in the evening to check if we wanted housecleaning once they learnt our routine. Parking for around 3x cars right out the front. We always got a spot during our stay but it depends on how full the hotel is. You are about a 5 min walk from the walking street, convenience shops, clubs and restaurants. Just far away from the main strip that it is convenient, but not as noisy. Trike is available nearby if you need transport or you can request the electric golf buggy from front desk. Hotel is small and only has a few rooms so feels more exclusive. On our side of the hotel there is karaoke right under our window, not a problem for us. Depending on how loud your neighbour is when taking part in certain... activities... The soundproofing is generally acceptable. Pool is clean and open from 8am to 10pm. Room H2, external AC unit was a bit noisy and road traffic is audible at all hours of the day but again, this is only minor issues as we are not fussy travellers. Room is clean and has everything you need for medium stays including a kitchenette and full fridge. The main downside is wear and tear. These are small issues if we are being picky, but things like broken cabinets, small cracks on tiles here and there, loose fixtures and fittings in the bathroom prevent me from giving 5*. Everything was working, these are just cosmetic issues and if fixed would result in a 5* rating. Outside walls were being painted when we arrived. Management apologised in advance at check in and it did not ruin our stay. Room service has a nice menu, mango shake was excellent! Room service price was also quite reasonable and not extortionate like some hotels. We would return again in the future and would have extended our stay if our room was still available.

Todas las habitaciones son muy amigables. Piscina de techo y restaurante. Muy bueno servicio por todas las habitaciones. Muy buena ubicación. Hay un 7-11 cerca del hotel. Wifi en el interior no tan grande que es el lado inferior del hotel. Pero el wifi en la parte superior del techo fue genial. Cómo podrían mejorar el wifi dentro de la habitación. Grande comida servida. Tienes que probar su desayuno americano. Haha.

El Savannah Resort Hotel está situado en el centro de Inglaterra, a poca distancia del hotel, a la calle Walking y a la ciudad coreana. Nos quedamos aquí por cinco noches y hasta ahora cada noche el sueño es una experiencia maravillosa para mí. Las habitaciones tienen camas de calidad con buenos confortantes para calentar la noche. Me encantan sus sabunos complimentarios, mi piel está bien humidificada cuando los uso. El personal del hotel es excepcionalmente útil y dedicado a ayudar a los huéspedes, ofrecendo orientaciones sobre las atracciones locales, y muestran una verdadera preocupación por la satisfacción de los clientes. Las habitaciones son inmaculadas, están bien situados cerca de zonas comerciales como el Convenio SMX o el SM Clark, y ofrecen un fácil acceso a varias instalaciones.

A very nice hotel, beautiful and well kept. It is above and beyond what I expected given the price we paid. Simple and tastefully set, hallways are bright and beautiful, spacious with nice marble floors. Rooms are clean with everything you need like outlet/chargers and full light controls at bedside, study table, coffee table and a very nice view from the room! They even have a pool, partitioned rooms in the cafe. The breakfast included in the stay is pretty good considering the price. Bed, pillows are comfortable, toilet is very nice. A night to just spend in just a simple accommodation while visiting family turned out to be a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Me quedé en el hotel tigre desde encontrar a una persona en el centro comercial cercano.verificado en él era ok.el estilo era tipo de estilo antiguo cuando usted está ellos,la zona de recepción.Lavandería estaba disponible cerca y se entregó al hotel.alimentos lugares en todas partes y no a Lejos del entretenimiento.El precio estaba bien también.Fue 5 minutos a pie de donde el autobús te deja en la maldita.Así que unos días en angeles se pasa bien si usted elige el hotel tigre

No hay nada especial bueno, pero me gusta mucho este hotel personalmente. Confortable, seguro.
