A ideal location less then 10 minutes away from Clemson University & 15 - 20 minutes away from the Beautiful SC lakes! There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Clemson on Game Days! The shuttle will start the pick up 3 hours before the game & will run the whole game, it will return you back to the entrance of the housing development up to 2 hours after the game is over. It is FREE! The home has a cozy living area, 3 full size bed rooms, & a pull out sofa. 1 half bath downstairs, & 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill style! Kitchen area is very equipped with all necessary needs! Additionally we have a community pool, and a pergola right outside the back doors, that has seating & fireplaces! The community pool is available for our guest, there will be a key card left inside the home for you to have access. (Lost key card will have a fee of $50) Guest access Guest will have access to the whole entire home. The driveway will fit 4 cars. Additional parking will be along the road, but please be caution with others houses & driveways. Note - Co-Host Dariann is available for any emergency or additional needs.
