This property is exotic and the view is amazing. The interiors are tastefully designed and the scenic view from the room makes it even more special. We were lucky to find such a wonderful homestay especially manzoor bhai who were so generous. He gave me his own kangri ( a small basket filled with coal ) when i was shivering in minus 5 degrees. He even arranged bonfire for us and hookah on request. Manzoor bhai is literally the best kashmiri I have ever met, so generous and sweet person. We will definitely plan a long trip to pahalgam in summers in this property.

The hotel is bit inside of local village which provides an amazing view of nature. We loved our staying there, room heater and bed heater is available. Service is extremely prompt. They even provided us complementary breakfast. Really recommended if you want a calm stay

Hotel was at nice place and staff behaviour is also good. Rooms are clean and nice. In super deluxe rooms window view is very nice and hotel is walking distance from taxi stand and main market.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tulyan at Pahalgam . Centrally located, near by market, opposite taxi stand . Neat, clean and tidy rooms. Very co-operative staff. Delicious food. Amazing mountain view from balcony. You can enjoy Lidder river view early in the morning or evening, which is very near by.
