After a terrible experience at Riverside Resorts Inn in Pahalgam, our travel agent moved us to Bombay Palace. Arriving at 11 am, the manager was incredibly polite and efficient. When we requested a cleaner blanket, it was promptly provided. The hotel's central heating system was a blessing. Our pony ride to Baisaran Valley was exhilarating and full of emotions. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delightful. Overall, Bombay Palace turned our trip around with its excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Pahalgam.

Good place to stay - we enjoyed. Nice hospitality and support from the management and reception team. Rooms are nice with scenic view of snow mountains frim the window. Food quality is also good. Lawns are charming palace to leisure with....

Loved the place, the rooms where soo clean. after a day of being tired with the site seeing, we get such yum food by chief Mohsin… No where to search for…..❄️❄️ Loved the place and hotel and people’ are really kind here One of the best hotels in Palagham

I have just checked out from Bombay Palace and have to specially call out the humbleness, politeness with which all staff members attended to us. A big special call-out for Arafat from the restaurant. While our room was good, we didn't have any view and on just one request they moved us to another big one with a great view. Thank you Bombay Palace

We booked for 2 nights in this hotel. Smallest rooms I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mat in the room was very shabby. It's a dreaded experience to spent 2 nights in this hotel. When I asked for an extra pillow , staff was given so dirty pillow I can't describe. I complaied at reception then they got it changed. On repeated requests, they start warm water in the morning. Still food quality was good.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly and caring staff. Very good food. Located with an amazing view ...The friendly behaviour of the owner and manager is truly an amazing asset .. The staff is always available at a phone call... Amazing rooms with comfortable beds bathrooms...Best dinner and breakfast options .Overall excellent stay at Hotel Bombay palace Pahalgam.

Decent place, comfortable stay not luxurious. Good food, good hosts. Not great location. Okay for a night. 10 minute drive to market place. On the way to Betab Valley and Chandanwari. Toilets and bathrooms were clean. One should try Girda.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The room was clean and electric mattress was by far the best one. The food was delicious and staff was very cooperative! I will definitely consider it for my next visit. Thanks team
