Two nights stay at classio royal is a pleasant memory. Hotel is based at a prominent location near to famous golden temple. Travel desk coordination was very good and picked up from airport comfortably. Room was quite near and clean. Though not much specious but fitted with branded air conditioner and large screen tv. Wash room was also fitted with modern amenities. There were no issue of electricity or water irregularities. Buffet breakfast was multi cuisine and with multiple variety option. Restaurant is also well furnished and tasty foods were served. Overall it was of best experience in this well managed hotel and definitely will opt in next visit.

Location is good kind of near to golden temple. Food was excellent. Loved the taste
amenities like hair dryer are also available. House keeping was very good, great hospitality. Clean and neat rooms.

I had a lovely time at hotel classio royal. The decor is modern, and everything was spotless. Juhu at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great choice for travelers!

Our stay at hotel classio royale, amritsar was good. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there was paucity of space. I expected more space in a deluxe category room, but the room was smaller than expected. The wifi connection was slow, and the smart tv installed in the room was buffering. The buffet breakfast did not have much variety, but it was good quality/taste wise. However, the sambar was not good at all. The location of the hotel is good, it is nearby important locations such as the golden temple, jallianwala bagh, partition museum, marketplace, etc. The isbt bus station and amritsar railway station are also at a 15 min. Drive from the hotel. The hotel staff is courteous and cooperative. I am thankful to them for accepting my early checkin (at around 8:00 am) request without any extra cost. The travel desk of hotel classio provide good service. Ms. Kashish, the travel representative at hotel, is also quite cooperative. Overall, this is a good 3-star category hotel in budget in amritsar.

Hotel classio royal e was a fantastic stay. We were a group of 9 senior citizens staying in 4 rooms for 2 days. We arrived late for check-in, around 10. 45 pm, and the hotel staff was helpful in arranging dinner for us at 11. 30 pm at night. The food was delicious, and plenty of options for everyone. The stay was comfortable, and the rooms were neat and clean. They were always ready to attend to our needs and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel very much. They have new decorated clean rooms and perfect service a specially from Ms. Juhi and Ms. Shivangi The hotel has a very nice restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next travel to Amritsar.

The room in itself was okay but we had the problem with the travel agent provided by the hotel. Firstly we were not going to avail these services from the hotel but she kept calling again and again regarding this. And then after we learned about it a little and thought about giving it a chance, it turned out to be the worst mistake. She had no manners on how to talk to the guests and she was very rude. She was also asking for more money than we agreed on. Her other team members said that she was confused and they won’t charge extra but she personally kept asking for more money. She made our visit a headache.
