"Cada viajero encuentra o no ... lo que viene a buscar ... Le deseo encontrar lo que esperaba. No fue nuestro caso.Un buen sitio y un sitio web dejaron predecir lo mejor. Nuestras necesidades de orden, de acogida, de cuidado que hemos tenido acostumbrado a encontrar durante 20 años de viaje en habitaciones de huéspedes, no fueron satisfacidas. Recomendaciones, piscina no abierta por la mañana y después de las 19:00 incluso en tiempo de canícula, un jardín no cuidados...Mucho negligencia. No correspondía en absoluto a las x prestaciones que hemos tenido acostumbrado a encontrar por este precio por noche. Ambos son una ciudad muy bonita."

"Wonderful hotel/B&B. We were warmly welcomed into Madame’s home, which is beautifully decorated. Fantastic room and huge bathroom. The double bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh croissant, pain au chocolat and bread plus delicious extras. Great location for exploring Amboise on foot. Highly recommend"

"We had a wonderful time in this very friendly place. Tony and his team are fantastic! Attentive and helpful with advice for our visits... We enjoyed full board for the Christmas holidays with very good food. Thank you also for the wonderful New Year's Eve celebration. The apartment was very clean and the bedding comfortable. We're leaving tomorrow but will definitely return to this establishment if we come back to finish our visits to castles or other sites. Thank you. Anne Laure and Davy C."

"A wonderful stay with very friendly hosts Aude & Rob who go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you like getting to know people and the feel of being amongst friends when travelling, this is the place for you. The B&B is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed exploring the surrounding grounds. We stayed in the suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable. Given a welcome bottle of bubbly on arrival. There is no air con but even in a heat wave this was not a problem, the room was a good temperature and a fan was supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Fabulous high pressure shower. Continental breakfast was lovely - particularly with flavourful homemade jams. The only downside is the location of the property if you have not rented a car. We certainly got our step count in walking to and from the town but that may not be for everyone! Some fantastic chateaus to explore nearby which are easily reached by foot. The public bus stop is nearby and the bus is very cheap but it sometimes turns up, sometimes does not in our experience. Taxi/ubers are in short supply in the area. Unless you love walking, a car is a must to stay here. Regardless, one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in and we will certainly return in the future."
