The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable and everything is brand new. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. And the staff is wonderful and very helpful.

The help staff is exceptional!!.... the help is above reproach! Brittney W. and Eric D. met ALLL of our needs! After 30+ days together, we were all family. What a great find and such a gem in Amarillo. TX and not to be missed. We were traveling from Reno to Florida and needed a place for the night. As it turned out it was so nice we ended up staying a week! Extremely clean and well-appointed rooms (fully equipped kitchen … and if you need an air fryer, slow cooker, blender, grilling utensils - you can borrow them at the front desk), great guests facilities, wonderful outdoor areas (bbq, fire pits, outdoor lawn games) for your enjoyment. This facility works hard to be “your home away from home” and it truly hits the mark! I especially want to thank Mykla, Lorrie, and Devan at the front desk. All of our requests were met … and most graciously. Thank you for a wonderful experience !

This hotel is, without a doubt, one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. All of the hotel staff are kind, available, and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The location is ideal and very close to hospitals and the majority of healthcare providers' offices.

The air conditioning does not work. The concierge was completely unable to help. The pillows if you call them that are nonexisting did I mention the air conditioner does not work the hotel keeps it set at 75. You are unable to adjust it.
