We stayed in a safari tent and experience glamping for the first time. The bed and linens were most comfortable. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We had an issue with the shower head and it was rectified quickly. The electricity went out frequently but only for brief periods.
The staff was attentive and kind. I would recommend this place for people on a Sariska safari to Tehla gate.

Stayed at the wonderful Ustavacamp for 3 nights. We came direct from London, a four hour drive during rush hour. Totally loved this place settled into nature and overlooking pleasant agricultural/ natural landscapes. We had a fantastic experience viewing 2 leopard cubs whilst on an early morning breakfast. There are several excursions and trips you can make from the hotel. The stone cabins are like high quality hotel rooms rather than rustic cabins. We saw 51 species of birds in 3 days and loved just walking out from the camp. The Sariska game reserve is close by too. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to decompress, enjoy nature and relax. The hotel team were great and went that extra mile for you. Thankyou Dany, Inder, Menaxi, Gauvar and the rest of the staff that I can’t remember!

We loved this place. We had no idea what to expect since the travel agent booked everything for us. Landing at this remote location was a very pleasant surprise. The facilities are very updated and kept meticulously clean. The manager and her husband are fully fluent in English, although many of the staff have difficulty. But it did not present the problem. It’s all about The guests here, everybody willing to help at any time. We got upgraded on our room, and it was fantastic. Beautiful, new, etc. although we did not see any tigers, we did see leopards, and other wildlife. The Jeep ride was fun nevertheless. I would definitely recommend a night here as a welcome break to the hustle and bustle of traveling in India.

There are rare times while travelling when accommodation and its surrounds so exceed expectations, one has to check one’s senses. Such was our deliriously pleasant stay at Utsav Camp Sariska. Everything perfect, with extraordinary hospitality in an astonishing setting. We did a number of Safari walks with Minaxi and saw a huge amount of wildlife including a leopard. Her enthusiasm when sighting something was infectious. Dhanya the camp manager was always on hand to check everything was going well and that we were enjoying everything.

Probably the best hotel experience I have ever had over 30+ years travelling across 40+ countries. Unassuming village you arrive at a gate and enter into an absolute haven of wellness. The entire team greeted us on arrival with warm towels and cool drinks. The grounds are set up to encourage wildlife and growing food and flowers. There are boards denoting wildlife seen each day by guests; on-site naturalists; a varied menu ranging from local to western and you can choose whatever you want for each meal. The restaurant overlooks the valley and the grounds and is a beautiful sun spot to enjoy your breakfast; whereas dinner starts around a giant fire pit swapping stories with guests and enjoying pre-dinner drinks. The rooms are immaculate, we were upgraded to a villa which was luxurious to say the least. Beds are comfortable; hot water is constant - even have candles around the tub should you want to relax that way. On site naturalists accompany you on safari drives so you get them and the local guides which means double the chance of seeing things.

Property is nice but the food quality and hospitality is below average. The buffet breakfast is horrible . They seem to short staffed all the time. A cup of tea takes 45 min even in the restaurant. One serving or plate of alacart order serves the portion so small that it’s just enough for one person

The location is rural & the air is clean & fresh. Cooler than Jaipur & a welcome place to recharge our batteries. A warm welcome from Dhanya & Simon, we were introduced to Minaxi our naturalist. We booked a bungalow but were upgraded to a villa which was amazing! Very spacious with lovely views. Our stay included all meals & we could choose lunch & dinner from a menu. The choice was excellent & all meals were very good. We met the chef & he recommended a couple of dishes that we enjoyed. Breakfast was a buffet - cereal, fruit, eggs, dosa & other Indian favourites, cakes baked by the pastry chef & more. We booked evening bird watching with Minaxi by jeep & visited a number of lakes. Binoculars were provided & were much better than ours. A great experience. We had an early morning safari at Sariska National Park which was excellent, although we didn’t see any tigers & leopards, despite the efforts of our driver & naturalists. We did see a huge crocodile & many other animals & birds. Minaxi was very knowledgeable & we learned a lot. Breakfast was waiting when we returned to the camp around 10am. We also enjoyed an evening walk appx 6km with Minaxi, bird watching & local scenery, boulders & sunset. Would highly recommend this well managed & beautiful property. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

Awesome! Stayed at Stone Cabin from 5th – 8th Feb. 2025. The Property is too good. Rooms are very comfortable, also having the Sunbed. Highlight was the excellent quality food and choice of Menu. Bonfire. There are several activities. Staff were simply too good. Then Ms.Dhaniya, the Manager, was extremely pleasant. Mr.Sailu at the Restaurant who used to be always there. Everyone. Loved the parrots eating the Guava fruit from the tree right in front of our Sunbed. Took the wonderful Starlight dinner. Everything met all expectations. Hope to visit again when the weather is conducive to use the splendid looking Swimming Pool. Another highlight was Lunch at Niros at Jaipur en-route to Airport. Everything wonderful, many thanks. We had a three week holiday in India in Jan-Feb and our short (too short!) stay at Utsav camp in Sariska was the absolute highlight. We had a busy schedule around some of the “big” sights, including Agra, Jaipur and Delhi and so a few days in the peace and tranquility of Sariska was the perfect antidote to the full-on experience of those cities. As well as enjoying the superb accommodation and meals at Utsav camp, we were incredibly lucky to see a leopard and her cubs, what a treat. And all of the team at Utsav were incredible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Utsav to others.
