Overall terrible! The first night we killed multiple fleas jumping around on the walls. We got in late and had driven from Dallas to drop our daughter at college, NWOSU. The 2nd night, after a long day of moving in and setting up, we got back really late. All my wife anted was a hot bath. The bathtub stopper was broken off and the HOT water didn't work either! Offered to move rooms, but it was 10:30 PM or so already and we were beat. Michelle, the night Mgr offered a refund, and would have done it right then had I booked through the hotel, but then said she couldn't because of booking through *******. She directed me to call ******* and they would process the refund. ******* has been contacted and they said that since I paid at the hotel, only the property could refund the night. I called the hotel after ******* attempted to reach them multiple times and were repeated disconnected, put on hold or hung up on. The front desk person, Annika, quickly handed the phone to Lily, the Mgr. She basically told me, "Oh well, Michelle is not here and you stayed, so....." Terrible small town customer service. No wonder your property was empty compared to the Holiday Inn next door. First fleas, then a broken tub and no hot water and now a completely RUDE property Mgr. This is completely unacceptable! Michelle offered a refund and for the night and now she is absent and I am six hours away, so she says there is nothing she will do. I will be reviewing this abhorrent stay on many platforms! Do better Comfort Inn / Choice!
