Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

This is the second time back to the hotel. When I arrived the room was filthy, broken phone, broken lamp. Took 2 days to be fixed and no offer for room upgrade. The food was fine just a normal all inclusive food. The animation team really stuck out to me especially polat and elif. They made the whole trip so fun and they are so lovely!!

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED we are here right now and what I've got to say is that this isn't a 5 star hotel. Pros- Food: The food is really good. Every morning the buffet has a selection of food that you would eat for breakfast such as pancakes donuts fry ups fruit and nice bread. Lunch is good as well (mainly some of the remaining stuff of the previous dinner that was the night before) there is also a snack bar near the shanti bar that has foods such as chicken wings, pizza, chips, onion rings and spaghetti. And for dinner it has nice meats veg fruit rice potatoes and fish. I dont really have anything bad to say about the food other than where the food is. Like you have the chips in the middle of the nice chickens which leaves people who dont fancy that type of stuff queuing for ages to get chips. Also its very busy. If you come at least an hour after dinner breakfast and lunch good luck finding somewhere to sit. And also good luck getting the foods you want as its going to be a long long wait. Starbucks: all i got to say about this is that its good. They have the most popular things that Starbucks would sell, and they are very good. But what i would say is that queues get big so that may be an issue. But overall its good but the queues are an issue. Water park: the water park is one of the best water parks I've seen. First of all i want to say a big thank you to the lifeguards. They are very kind, funny and they speak decent English. They are also very safe. There is one life guard that is on the lower part on the main slide area. Who is making sure its safe before you go down. And theres one for each of the big ones (the dragon one and the yellow and green one) and they are safe. They can clearly see the bottom of the slides so they can safely send you down. They can speak good English and are very funny. There is also a blue kids slide this that i WOULDN'T send your kids there without adult supervision. First of all its very slippy so if your child is running they will fall and hurt themselves. Also there are kids that run on the area. If your kid is small they will most likely get knocked over by bigger kids running and knocking them over. Another thing is that theres no life guards for the slides in that area which means that anyone can do down it at any time. Ive seen kids full send it at the same time when theres a little kid doing down the slide. Other than that the water park is great and is really good if you love water slides. Each block has its own pool: we was in block b. And we realised that all blocks have a pool. This is good as the main pool near the slides is 1.50cm (that is a bit deep if you have younger children) so it isn't the best. The block pools are 1.20cm which is better for younger children. They aren't that big as well so you dont have to swim too much so you can just relax. I have no complaints about the block pools and i think they are very good for everyone.
