Excelente personal, son muy amables, buenas atenciones y muy buena comida. Ideal para familia, parejas y solos. Diferentes actividades para niños y adultos. El personal de animacion siempre estan atentos de que no te aburras, son personas maravillosas!!

well it says 5 star hotel . that i will agree too . but 5 star service not on my life . every bar is understaffed . the restaurant well we had on many occasions had to go get our own drinks mainly water . we even had to clear our own table so the kids could eat dessert . ( a al . carte restaurant } well there was 5 of us .first 2 meals came cold and i mean cold. 15 to 20 mins later the other 3 arrived (very nice ) then dessert .when i say ice cold i mean ice they where frozen to a point we just walked out this is probably my 15th all inclusive never left a bad review so hotel 5 star yes it was lovely but that where the 5 star stops the rest 3 star at best if you want 5 star in turkey Antalya is by far better been there 3 times awesome SO SORRY VENOSA BUT YOU MAY NEED TO EMPLOY MORE STAFF AND BETTER COOKS

We are 14 people on a vacation. Room are large and comfortable. The pool is clear. The food is excellent. The waiter named Berkay is perfect. All of us are very satisfied from everything in Venosa.

From reception to the room service, impeccable! The room was perfectly clean, the shower an oasis. Friendly staff, they’re always there for slightest concern. Apparently kids are taken good care of, leaving private space for adults. Definitely will be back.

Amazing holiday so relaxed and chilled staff very friendly...the room cleaning lady was amazing so polite and made the room immaculate the food fantastic....can't recommend enough for family holiday

My family of 9 all went at the beginning of July and we had a great time! The TUI Rep suggested a few really interesting things for us all to do and set them all up for us to do and arranged the pick ups and such and made the excursions really enjoyable. We all went on TUI boat trip (9 of us together (all ages)) and the staff were very friendly and the boat was clean and tidy and the sunbeds were very comfortable the music was a mixture of tunes and they had a party at mid day which the kids loved and the food was very tasty ( I just love Turkish food!) I have to say the TUI Rep was very friendly and professional and I must give her credit where credit is due when she helped us when our daughter was sick helping us with our insurance and also with the Egemed clinic as she made everything so easy and stress free as I was so worried. So thank you Bethan. You are a value to to TUI as well as to the Venosa. The Spa in the hotel is worth the money and the massage was beautiful and Turkish bath really made a difference to our holiday. Definitely get the Turkish bath at the beginning of your holiday because you really catch the Mediterranean sun in a different way! I’ve never been so brown! Another fantastic tip from the TUI Rep Bethan! Turkish and fish Al a carte in the hotel is the best. The food in general is delicious and there was always something for everyone! We had a Sea view room and it was so nice waking up in the morning and looking out to the sea and it just felt so refreshing! Also the cocktails in the lobby were great on the evening and the entertainment and the kids were always entertained! So all in all a 10/10 amazing holiday and we will be back again next year!

I stayed at the venosa hotel in turkey, on arrival the air con and mini fridge in our room was broken, when they sent someone to fix it, he didn’t understand what we were saying and had to get his phone out to translate, we soon realised the language barrier was a problem with the restaurant and bar staff, also the staff were miserable, a smile costs nothing, unlike a room at the venosa hotel. The communication didn’t seem to be a problem with the hotel staff who were trying to sell you something like spa packages and professional photographs (unbelievably). The entertainment staff were great and the entertainment at night was enjoyable. The food was poor. Our tui rep sold us a boat trip that sounded lovely and very family oriented however the boat was a rickety old boat that wasn’t very clean, and the extra cost for drinks, ice creams etc were very expensive. The amount of young rude Bulgarians on the boat was like an 18-30’s booze cruise, there was another English couple from the same hotel who felt the same as we did. We went to complain to the tui rep the day after and she offered us a late check out but later that day she informed us by sliding a note under the door that now we weren’t entitled to have the late checkout as the hotel was fully booked. Disappointed to say the least. There were good and bad points to the holiday but the bad points definitely outweigh the good.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful 10 day holiday at Venosa. The hotel seemed to have all bases covered. We loved having the choice of pools, the private beach…and as for the food…we have never been to a fully inclusive hotel that offered so much choice. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, as well as the option to simply have a quiet drink at the poolside bar. We particularly wish to express our gratitude to Kubra & Çardaş who worked the late shift at the pool bar. Despite Kubra constantly rushing around serving guests & keeping things clean & tidy she always had a smile & asked about our day, which we really appreciated. We also were impressed by the trainee guest relations guy Efe who made a point of chatting to guests by the poolside to ensure they were happy with their holiday & provide early intervention if something wasn’t quite right…a real asset to the hotel. It was our first holiday in Turkey and we are glad we chose Venosa and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for making it so special.
