Royal blue homes is a large complex set in the village of Mavisehir just outside Altinkum. It has stunning views out to sea and over the small village of Mavisehir. It has its own beach and lovely waterfront area with a small selection of restaurants. It is famous for its sunsets. It has its own nightmarket used by local Turkish people which is becoming very popular due to good prices and little hassle factor. It is on a dolmus route with a stop outside the apartments.
The complex has 4 swimming pools all with toddler section, a minimarket, restaurant and bar. A pool bar operates during the summer months so other pools are very quiet if peace and quite are what you are after.
There are lovely well kept gardens, 24 hour security and the complex is walled. There is management office on site.
There is a small beach 350 meters away with kiddies playarea.
