Quality Inn & Suites Altamonte Springs Orlando-North

The lobby was closed for construction so you had to check in through a little window. When I booked my room one of the reasons I chose this place is because it said it had a free breakfast. There wasn't any breakfast at all because the lobby was closed. When I asked for a late check out I was told that would cost me for that. I suggested they do it for free since I didn't get any breakfast and they just looked at me and said you have to pay for a late check out. I was checking out on a SUNDAY, you know when most people do, when the hotel is probably the slowest. I could understand a Friday or Saturday but not Sunday. I have never been refused a late check out and have never paid for one. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud i probably woke up everyone in the rooms around me. On Friday night there was a group of younger kids making a lot of noise by the pool (right outside my door) once at 2:20 am and then again after 3:00 am. I, not your employees had to go out there and tell them to quiet down. All in all one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I travel quite a bit.

They are scammers!! Ran my card twice and tried to charge me twice for a room. When I showed her my transactions to show her my money was taken, called the bank to see what the issue was and was informed of the two transactions she tried to take. Had to call the cops because that’s was the only money I had to book a room and she wouldn’t give me a correct receipt and wouldn’t provide me with a name as well to inform my bank about the situation. Ended not staying and not receiving my refund. Front desk lady is rude, disrespectful and kept rolling her eyes when we tried to prove to her the transaction went through. Never coming near this place. STAY AWAY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

My stay at Days Inn and Suites was very short, only for business. For the price it was suitable, you get what you pay for. Check inn was easy no issues. Good customer service from staff. Rooms are being renovated, which is a plus. Bed was comfortable but smelled of cigarettes w/ cigarette burns. Other than that, the stay was quiet.

1st room I was in, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the toilet was loose. 2nd room was nice except my bedding had cigarette holes in them. Breakfast sucks...You can get either toast, apples, 2 kinds of cereal or teeny tiny muffins. Sat by the pool and could smell ****. People washing their car in the rain was very odd. Never got room service. Had to get items from desk.

Stay Away! Worst place stay you could possibly ever stay . The room was disgusting , the property was under construction , the staff was not understanding and treat you like your the scum of the earth for even saying anything

This hotel is the worst. They stole my deposit 3 different times, one min after 11:00am he said I was late and took the 50$ deposit, their company Wyndham was late to pay it, and I was coming from the hospital and he still took my deposit. There was roaches galore, they had construction going on all the time, the desk chair was missing a wheel so I almost broke my neck sitting down, the charge like it’s a resort or lounge 100-145 a night, ice machines don’t work, crack heads and dope dealers in and out all night and day, the police are in there 5 times a day, internet is 1g not 5g. I would sleep at the bus stop before I ever go to Days Inn again.

This hotel is in a safe area, very well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to help me with accomodations (because I found myself in a not so fortunate situation) A special thanks to my new "friend" Suzanne at the front desk!! She's the BEST!!!

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star! I attempted to make a reservation from the U.K. via ***********. *********** accepted the booking and charged me for the reservation, but the hotel (Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham) subsequently cancelled the reservation. When I called to inquire why they had done this, they told me "not to tell them how to do their job," and hung up the phone. When I called for a 2nd time, the same thing happened (I am calling internationally). I have never experienced such unprofessional, discourteous and downright rude service. Days Inn (Wyndham Hotels) should be ashamed to have a hotel associated like this with their brand.
