A great place to stay! I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a home, while you’re away from home. Wonderful management and staff that will go out of their way for their guests.

WATER SMELL TERRIBLE! ITS LIKE WATER FROM SEWER! EVERY THING OK ROOM CLEANED NO COMPLAIN, MICROWAVE LOT OF RUSH! I JUST PURCHASED MY OWN TO USE IAM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL.I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY ANY MORE. ---------------------------------

Ms. Clarissa was very helpful and informative.. she's the Best I'll hire her if i would to open a business... I'll refer this hotel to my friends and family.. this my second time in 3 weeks staying here. Good eatery and shopping in the area plus everything is in walking distance..

We have been at this location for a while as caregivers for my son who is receiving treatment for cancer. Sandra, Alana, Corlisa, Lynn and Nedra as well as the rest of the staff have bent over backward to assist us with our needs for my husband, myself and our son. They truly care for us and what our family is going through at this time. They have taken the time to get to know us by name and always offer a smile. With a recent health issue myself, they have always made sure that I knew that if I needed help, they were there to assist. I truly recommend this location. If you are looking for a place where they treat you like they want to be treated, this is the place to stay.

I'm moving to Florida from another state and I stayed at the Extended Stay in Altamonte Springs. I got to know the staff very well. From the first day I got to Florida, I felt comfortable and at peace. It's not easy moving from another state to somewhere you've never been before. Everyone won't be friendly or patient. But the staff here, from the cleaning ladies to the front desk staff ( Ms. Sandra, Ms. Corlissa, and Ms. Lynn) have been the most helpful, patient, friendly, and understanding people I've met since I've been here. They've made my hectic move here more tolerable and I'm so thankful for everything they've done. The hallways are clean, considering that this is a hotel that allows pets. It's also convenient that you can get kitchen utensils, pots and pans to help make the kitchen are a bit like home, always fresh linen and toiletries as well. I enjoyed my stay and will continue to go there in the future.

I hate giving them a few more stars even though they had come into my room done something in my kitchen sink, left a mess all around the sink and on the floor, it’s horribly outdated with plaster over holes and bugs But the worst was I was locked out in the morning while loading my car before 6 AM. I could not get in and nobody was at the front desk. My key code card would not work, I called the main number. Finally somebody let me in. That was a client and I knocked on the door to wake somebody up. I am just warning you it’s cheap for a reason.

This was a great stay. My second time here and I couldn't ask for a better stay. The whole staff is very friendly and treated me like family. Clean room and breakfast! This place gets a 5 star from me. They made sure I was taken care of and they did a good job. Definitely will be missed!

We have been living here since May of 2023. And we like living here for the convenience, it's quiet, the staff is very friendly, it's clean, and most of all we were able to bring our beloved cat to live with us!! We are between houses, but this is where we enjoy living for now!! The only 2 criticisms, I would have, would be the carpets, tend to get a little dirty from foot traffic. Also you can't really cook on the stove provided in the kitchen, without setting off the smoke detector.

The worst hotel ever. You have people smoking ********* and meth that you could smell in the hallways, but nothing is done about those complaints. Only concerns they care about is cigarette smells. Aren’t the meth and ********* a much harmful smell then tobacco ? I rather smell cigarettes than meth. Also they harass you for identification when they already know who you are it’s so annoying. If they spent more time properly cleaning and handling business to keep the property up to part they job will be a whole lot better. They need new staff and cleaning workers. They do not clean the rooms as often as they should, they only want the money. I will never stay there again. Last thing, the cleaners don’t even speak English tf. Do better.
