Seed at Queens Meadows, Ranikhet

This estate is nestled amongst forest and is a quiet haven for weary souls. The property is beautifully landscaped with natural rock paths, colourful gardens and rustic cottages. The dining room is an exquisite example of glass and timber architecture, nestled amongst trees and with panoramic views of the valley below. The chef,Harish , is accomplished in a wide variety of Indian dishes and his main desire seems to be to please each guest. The staff, of whom there are many, are very kind, attentive and friendly. The manager, Jagdeep, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in trying to accommodate your every wish. The owners themselves are absolutely charming. We spent 3 delightful nights in this property, enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the birdsong, the morning Yoga sessions with Raj and the stunning views. If you're in need of rest and a touch of luxury this is an ideal place for you.

An excellent hotel with breathtaking views.. the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming… Food cooked by chef Joshi was most delicious.. the property is very well maintained and very clean.. flowers growing in abundance all over the property. Can highly recommend it..

Very serene beautiful place with beautiful landscape,cool breezes , scrumptious food, whatever was ordered was prepared, unlimited food was served ,all preparations were mouth watering, very supportive staff . Everything was brought in the room if asked for on the click of the mouse .We got a cottage which has a balcony so that our pet could roam around freely .Machaan part was the best it's beautifully organised and has beautiful sitting arrangement Care was taken for our pet by a good soul lady in our room itself when we went to Kaichi dham . Very cooperative staff

Nice stay..Special mention for chef Sundar Adhikari and chef Joshi because the food was awesome. The manager and his team are very friendly. Great place to be for people who are not hooked to tv or social media. Great view. Exploring the property or simply gazing at the moon ***** with the sound of windchimes on the terrace at night made my stay memorable.

The property is very beautifully laid out. Especially the support staff and team led by Mr Amit is fantastic. Chef Harish Joshi and Chef Adhikari served as delicious food during the stay and made our stay comfortable. Getting the variety of meal options sitting in the lap of mountains is itself a pleasing experience. Vicky, Balam singh took good care of each and every need of ours. This was my second trip to seeds and the first time I went was in 2018. Both times I stayed in the luxury tents and I can truly say that my 2nd trip was even better than the first one. From service, cleanliness, great food to anything that you can imagine was taken care off by the staff. Amit was absolutely phenomenal in ensuring that we have a great time and enjoy our stay. The location of the property is exceptional with breathtaking views and is perfect to get away from one's busy life. I have decided to visit the property once or twice a year and can't wait to visit the property again. Absolutely sensational holiday for me. Keep up the good work!!!!
