Seed at Queens Meadows, Ranikhet

An excellent hotel with breathtaking views.. the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming… Food cooked by chef Joshi was most delicious.. the property is very well maintained and very clean.. flowers growing in abundance all over the property. Can highly recommend it..

Property is good for person who like trekking. Parking is not available and you have to leave your vehicle on the road. You will live among the nature . Room is ok with antique touch. Food is good. Most important staff behaviour is very good

Location far fm city & in pine jungle at hill top- good location although. Trekking of 600 mtr was good & slight hard, although may be problem for aged. The 10 acre property is well maintained. Rooms are big, wash rooms are also. Maintains cleanliness & hygiene. Manager Amit’s hospitality is very comfortable. Other staffs are good. We felt home like comfortable. Best part is the hospitality & recipe of Chef ADHIKARI & Chef Joshi; they are simply incredible.

The property is very beautifully laid out. Especially the support staff and team led by Mr Amit is fantastic. Chef Harish Joshi and Chef Adhikari served as delicious food during the stay and made our stay comfortable. Getting the variety of meal options sitting in the lap of mountains is itself a pleasing experience. Vicky, Balam singh took good care of each and every need of ours. I recently stayed at Queen Meadows Ranikhet and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by their social media presence. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was no arrangement of any tea or coffee. We were served one roohabza water. Also, no riverside bed was arranged as advertised on their Instagram. Additionally, we were the only guests at the property, and there were no activities or barbecue facilities available. The location requires a 600-meter walk to reach the resort, which is quite challenging, especially for elderly visitors. The path is steep and lacks a proper road, making it a risky forest walk. I paid for a two-night stay in a family room, expecting top-notch facilities due to the upgrade by their courteous team. However, I was disappointed. The property is very far from the market, and there are no local restaurants nearby. We had booked a breakfast and dinner buffet, and while the staff were very generous and prepared food according to our preferences, there were no complimentary tea or coffee in the evening or any activities during the day, which made the stay monotonous. Moreover, I heard from a cab driver that one of their guests had fallen while returning from the resort and injured their leg. Shockingly, there was no first aid or medical facility available on-site. While the property is beautiful, my high expectations, fueled by their fascinating social media channel, were not met. I am giving 3 star just for their Chef and Support Staff as they were the Great. The wifi at the cottage was not working. So if you coming with some work, it is highly unadvisable. My laptop couldn’t even charge because of the low power connection. Only wifi of reception was working which was about 300metre far from our cottage

This was my second trip to seeds and the first time I went was in 2018. Both times I stayed in the luxury tents and I can truly say that my 2nd trip was even better than the first one. From service, cleanliness, great food to anything that you can imagine was taken care off by the staff. Amit was absolutely phenomenal in ensuring that we have a great time and enjoy our stay. The location of the property is exceptional with breathtaking views and is perfect to get away from one's busy life. I have decided to visit the property once or twice a year and can't wait to visit the property again. Absolutely sensational holiday for me. Keep up the good work!!!!
