Joan: Hotel con pretensió es de 4**** pero reales se queda con 3***, pernoctamos tres noches en Abril/24. dos matrimonios, 4 personas, las habitaciones son pequeña aunque hay que decir que la cama es grande y confortable. Pero no funcionaba, ni el tv, ni el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y tanto hace mucho calor, como te congelas. El desayuno muy repetitivo y pobre, el servicio de personal del restaurante parecen zombis, pidas lo que pidas te traen lo que quieren ellos, son del mínimo esfuerzo. Por último el precio para lo que ofrecen es caro 103€ por habitación y día. La verdad aun viven en la aureola de la época soviética, no es un hotel para recomendará nadie una mala experiencia..

Stayed for 2 nights during my recent trip to Almaty. It was my first time in the city and this hotel came recommended by a travel site. The room features a minimalistic design with simple decor. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and deserves a mention. Staff are courteous - shoutout to Zhanibek and Nuray for their excellent service. The breakfast spread is quite decent, offering a good variety of options. Location wise it’s not right in the heart of Almaty city centre, however Arbat Street is within a short walking distance. Right across the road from the hotel is a supermarket (Magnum Express) and the next street has a good number of money exchange and restaurants.

Convenient for the train station, nice property and comfortable rooms. Staff were particularly helpful and spoke some English. Breakfast was decent enough. Not too many restaurant options around, but a couple of small supermarkets and bakey/cafe. Some street noise for rooms facing the road.

The hotel is in a great location with superstore Magsum right across the street opening until 11pm. Also it is close to all major attractions The room is great and the bed is comfortable. Just sometimes the water in the shower can get hot or cold suddenly when you gently touch the faucet handle. However, it is no big deal. Front desk staffs are great. They are polite and well trained as well as super efficient. Room cleaning is also good. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Overall it is a great hotel and I will stay here again if I return to Almaty next time, for which I will.

At best a three star hotel with poor service. We checked into a dlx junior suite which we booked more than a month back . For the category of room the view of the car park is very sad . Least expected . To top it the bathroom door does not close and the automatic curtains are defective allowing the light to filter through . I had a problem sleeping last night and now cannot take a nap as the afternoon sun shines into the room. I have informed the reception twice . Very poor response. Extremely poor breakfast . Will advise not to book this hotel . Very poor value for money

This property is new n n the city area next to all the restaurants n shops in almaty the deluxe rooms n suite rooms r good the normal rooms r very small. Everything is good the view n air conditioning. The only problem is the breakfast it’s very bad . They don’t have sliced bread 🍞 can u imagine a 3/4 star hotel ??? . The manager at the breakfast table is the grumpy man . He doesn’t smile at all . The breakfast spread needs to be changed ASAP. Everything is the same n Every thing is cold . U have international guests so u need to have a very good breakfast.

Relatively new hotel located in central area of Almaty (can walk around to the majority of what there is to do in Almaty). We picked this hotel mostly because of the location and the feedbacks of previous customers. We were able to check in early (for additional 50% of the room rate), which we didn't mind paying as we came from a tiring flight and wanted to take a nap. The front-desk folks were nice and friendly, and the check-in went smooth. The room was sparkling clean and reasonably sized, with comfy bed, fully stocked tea/coffee station, complementary water as well as amazingly stocked bathroom (they even had individually wrapped hair combs there). Overall, we had a comfortable stay. There were two major sources of disappointment: 1. The AC had its own life and it was hard to make it work, which was a downside. 2. The breakfast was not the best, to be honest - selection of food was not ideal, it was one of those cases where there were many things on offer, but you would really eat only a few of them. Lacking good quality pastries, coffee was outright rubbish.

In rainy March 2024, I visited Almaty with my spouse for a business trip. We planned to combine our trip with sightseeing and sought a cozy hotel to stay for a few days. I found one through online reviews, which proved to be reliable. The hotel was clean, the rooms were fresh, and I was impressed by their customer service and courteous staff!

Extended my stay 3 times as it is the best value for money in this area. Positive - Spacious room with a high ceiling - Comfortable bed - Kettle and cups - Nice bathroom with everything you need - Cleaning everyday - Digital locks and control - Nice administrators - Good wifi for work calls and browsing - TV, AC, central heating, and safe Negative - Located on the edge of the city center, can be too far to go to restaurants - Average breakfast
