Convenient for the train station, nice property and comfortable rooms. Staff were particularly helpful and spoke some English. Breakfast was decent enough. Not too many restaurant options around, but a couple of small supermarkets and bakey/cafe. Some street noise for rooms facing the road.

The hotel is in a great location with superstore Magsum right across the street opening until 11pm. Also it is close to all major attractions The room is great and the bed is comfortable. Just sometimes the water in the shower can get hot or cold suddenly when you gently touch the faucet handle. However, it is no big deal. Front desk staffs are great. They are polite and well trained as well as super efficient. Room cleaning is also good. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Overall it is a great hotel and I will stay here again if I return to Almaty next time, for which I will.

This property is new n n the city area next to all the restaurants n shops in almaty the deluxe rooms n suite rooms r good the normal rooms r very small. Everything is good the view n air conditioning. The only problem is the breakfast it’s very bad . They don’t have sliced bread 🍞 can u imagine a 3/4 star hotel ??? . The manager at the breakfast table is the grumpy man . He doesn’t smile at all . The breakfast spread needs to be changed ASAP. Everything is the same n Every thing is cold . U have international guests so u need to have a very good breakfast.

Relatively new hotel located in central area of Almaty (can walk around to the majority of what there is to do in Almaty). We picked this hotel mostly because of the location and the feedbacks of previous customers. We were able to check in early (for additional 50% of the room rate), which we didn't mind paying as we came from a tiring flight and wanted to take a nap. The front-desk folks were nice and friendly, and the check-in went smooth. The room was sparkling clean and reasonably sized, with comfy bed, fully stocked tea/coffee station, complementary water as well as amazingly stocked bathroom (they even had individually wrapped hair combs there). Overall, we had a comfortable stay. There were two major sources of disappointment: 1. The AC had its own life and it was hard to make it work, which was a downside. 2. The breakfast was not the best, to be honest - selection of food was not ideal, it was one of those cases where there were many things on offer, but you would really eat only a few of them. Lacking good quality pastries, coffee was outright rubbish.
