Había hecho una reserva masiva de nueve habitaciones para una función de boda. Yo era un visitante de Canadá. La limpieza fue un desastre. Personal muy grosero. No hay agua caliente en las habitaciones y, después de quejarnos numerosas veces, algunos de los baños estaban equipados de alguna manera con agua corriente caliente. Muchas habitaciones tenían puertas rotas en las cabinas de ducha. Habitaciones infestadas de mosquitos por las noches, especialmente durante esta época de enfermedades contagiosas. El estacionamiento en el sótano rara vez tiene espacio para estacionar. Había solicitado una factura detallada el día anterior de la salida y el día de la salida, la oficina informó que la factura no estaba lista y le enviaría un correo electrónico con la misma, pero hasta la fecha no había recibido ningún correo electrónico de ellos. Very bad room and. Bed sheet and others think note wash. Wifi is working but very slow! night time no staff. Front office also closed night time. For any emergency what will do. So any buddy taking room before you go and check

Hotel bonanza is typical high side hotel in kerala with an attached local bar. While the room was clean and spacious, overall hotel premises experience fell short of the description and rating on makemytrip. The bathroom water quality was subpar, unusual for kerala hotels. Although polite, the staff lacked proper training and expertise for their roles. Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to expectations.

We checked in on 16th late evening. Had planned for a house boat experience on 17th. The hotel was close to ambalapuzha temple ( not too close) and it was convenient for us. The hotel staff was good and the rooms were very neat and clean. Also we were lucky to have a very good restaurant bang opposite to this hotel - ave-es restaurant. A very good restaurant for sea food. Overall the stay at bonanza was quite satisfactory. We were a family of 5 people and so we booked two rooms

I recently stayed at hotel bonanza and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area of [city, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The service at hotel bonanza was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests.
