Rooms are too small but front desk manager is very nice person

Avoid staying here, dirty rooms, no staff , leaking bathrooms, dirty pots and noisy throughout the night, fail to see how it got these 5/5 star reviews, it’s a small badly run place, for included breakfast they had slop paratha / toast and tea/coffee

The worst hotel in Prayagraj when it comes to the room standard, room quality, amenities and facilities. There is no window in the room so you feel the suffocation 24X7. Intercom does not work. Room size is so small that even the luggage cannot be put in properly There is place to put table and chair inside the room where you can sit and do your work or have meal properly. The bathroom is 10 inches above the ground with a small height door where even a 5' tall person will find it difficult to enter without getting the head banged with the door frame. Poor ventilation and dim lights inside the room will make you feel like you are lodged in a prison. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They provide Puri-Sabji type breakfast in your room where you cannot sit properly and eat it as everything is so compressed. The charges are sky high but the facilities are worse as compared even to a dharamshaala. AVOID booking this hotel else you will also write a similar review. I am still in Room no. 203, which I unfortunately booked for two days after paying 100% advance. Don't get trapped and book some other hotel.

We stayed at Hotel UR during the Kumbh Mela and found it to be a convenient choice, especially with its prime location and parking facilities. The rooms were comfortable with a nice view, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The terrace was a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a pleasant experience— recommend! 🧘‍♀️

The hotel has a very good location and is very close to the Prayagraj junction railway station. Very good and buzzing atmosphere, surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants and local street food options. I was on a family trip for Kumbh Mela and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, All good. Service and staff are flexible and cooperative in all respects.

Room size very small and service is very poor, can not stay and this is not comfortable as per price. This hotel price should be only 1500 with gst as per room and service.
