There was no wifi in the room, asked the receptionist for wifi she said you have to come in reception area to use wifi

The hotel was right in the main market and close proximity to all major railway stations.
The restaurant inside offers good quality food and timely service. Rooms are large and spacious, best is the extra bed concept - they actually provide u a thick mattress and a cot to put on the same. Overall awesome experience .

The room is very congested The staff at the hotel are not cooperative. Breakfast is good. A lot of verities in breakfast. The cost of the hotel is too high in comparison. Overall avarage hotel.

Fabulous stay at Hotel Kashi. Food, services were excellent. Nice location. We were able to catch the train even at 3 pm easily

Very bad service. No network inside the hotel. Food service is very slow. We ordered two cups of tea which took him 2 hours and 30 minutes and in the meantime I had to go to his kitchen thrice.

The rooms were congested, reception lines were either not connecting or very rudely responded. The hotel is on the main road which is always full of traffic. strict no for anyone using Ola, no cabs will come to pick up at the hotel. the food in the hotel is okay and extremely overpriced. the restaurant staff are extremely rude and irrespective of how and where you order, it will take about 90 mins for the food to arrive. overall a very unpleasant stay at hotel kashi in Prayagraj

Room is very good . Location is also good.Staff is also very good . The complimentary breakfast provided in the buffet is EXCELLENT. No restriction of taking a water bottle unlimited is also a good factor. Lights gone one or two times but Generator back up is also verygood.
