"La mala y triste experiencia, mi hija y yo hemos estado aquí durante una semana, el tercer día desaparecieron de la habitación dos vestidos que acabamos de comprar que habíamos dejado en el suelo en una bolsa. Lo he hecho notar educadamente al titular del hotel que, de maneras ineducadas, en lugar de pedir disculpas, negó arrogantemente lo que sucedió rechazando mi solicitud de reembolso de 50 euros, diciendo: No es tanto el valor económico, pero haber sido robado en una estructura de cuatro estrellas sin un mínimo de disculpas o compensación es mínimo, en realidad, el hotel me ha calzado como si yo lo inventara. ¡Nunca me había pasado algo tan desagradable en unas vacaciones!"
