The property was very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Janine at the front desk was most accommodating and friendly. I didn’t get the manager or supervisor’s name on Thursday 9/19/24 when we arrived around 2pm however she heard us and came out to welcome us and have a brief conversation with us. Great customer service is key to me as I travel a lot and I come from a past as a hospitality management of 25 years for primarily Marriott’s and Hilton conference centers. It is a wonderful experience when you feel like you are being treated like you’re valued by the staff. Thanks a ton!

For the price - the location is very easy to get to and from, with access to many things in town and the freeway. The room is comfortable and the staff is very good. I've been here before and would stay again.

You get what you pay for - beds are comfortable. Coffee good. not much breakfast. Reviews have to be 200 charactors so now I am typing that because I do not know what else to say - it is suppose to snow this week - after all winter no snow lol

After this stay I'm a new fan of Super 8. I rented 4 rooms for a hunting trip and wanted the lowest rate I could find so had pretty low expectations. The rooms weren't new but were very clean and well appointed. They don't have a hot breakfast other than waffles, but put do out a great variety of cold items we were all happy with. There was always hot coffee available. All that was good, but the friendly and helpful staff was what really made it a great stay. I'll always stay there when in Alex, so I hope this review doesn't make it harder to get rooms.

If you’re looking for a friendly, quiet, clean place to stay for a reasonable price in the Alexandria, MN area, the Super 8 by Wyndham is it! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end.

We stayed here. They price is what it is lobby is tight breakfast is even tighter with the rooms they have. Neighbors liked slamming their doors and shook our room door. Glad we had places to go on room to sit on lobby. Will stay somewhere else the next time.

Becky and the crew in the Alexandria location are fantastic! Everything is done to perfection here. Clean and ready rooms every day. This staff is very helpful and friendly. The whole stay makes you feel like a home, not a motel!

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The room was average, clean and comfortable but nothing remarkable, about what you would expect from a no-frills, low-cost motel. The exterior of the building could use a little spiffing up, and the parking lot is in very poor condition and full of potholes. A new paving job in the lot would make a better first impression for guests. Lastly, the room rate (almost $150 per night) is excessive for what is ostensibly a budget hotel.

The location was great, right off the freeway; it was a clean area, continental breakfast was quite a wide spread of foods, hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. There were restaurants very close by for our lunch and supper meals, too!
