Stayed here a couple of times, 1 time no power and I just left the staff didn't care. The sticking point is when my family had emergency medical issue and I tried cancelling 2 weeks before and they said no or the proof we sent was not god enough even though other hotels said its fine and refunded. So won't be returning

I stayed from Friday to monday in the upstairs rooms. If you plan to sleep in, it can be noisy due to the staff cleaning the rooms and the hoovers but only for about 2 hours from 10. Staff, were lovely, the young members of staff who were upstairs were brilliant. Top me up, meaning fresh towels mugs and bins, was done fast. and overall it was an amazing experience. I stayed in the newer renovated rooms and they were super. Huge shoutout to all the staff over the weekend who made my stay just that extra bit better.

The bathroom and room was clean apart from high level cobwebs and dead mosquitoes splattered to the windows and walls. Staff were friendly. We had no hot water at 7:30 in the morning but that could have been an anomaly. I would be happy to stay there again - it is good value for money, but there were too many mosquitoes for me, which kept getting into the room no matter how careful you were. This is not the fault of Travel Lodge, it is the location.

Newly decorated. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Very clean, very quite. Easy into Birmingham City. Lovely friendly Staff. Great Value you always know what to expect with Travel Lodge. Easy to find. Good communication through App. McDonald’s on same site.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Stratford on Avon. Arrived a little early but the staff were very helpful and we were able to check in. The room had all we needed, comfy bed, spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water. Despite having a 24 hour Macky D across the car park the room was quiet even with the windows open. Would certainly use again.

We stayed here for a wedding at Ragley Hall. It was the perfect location for this and had ample parking. Incredibly reasonably priced. McDonald’s opposite is handy. Rooms were of a very typical Travelodge standard - perfectly functional, comfortable and clean. Every member of cleaning staff we encountered on the corridors was pleasant, and Monika who checked us in was fantastic. Very polite, friendly and helpful. We had paid for early check in for convenience and the room was ready when we arrived 15 mins early. Highly recommended and would return.

oh my for u can’t believe what i went through here iam traumatised my room was absolutely destroyed and all i hear is people making kids i think your should turn around if you see this place and in you should immediately go back home i smell wee from years ago and it smells like iam stuck in a drain iam so glad he ma finally home in a LOVELY SMELLING ROOM DO NOT COME HERE

I came here with my family for one night I had no sleep it sounded like a stampede up stairs and a bunch of gorillas fighting the room was dirty our other room had a urine smell and we had to buy 20 cans or febreeze shower barely worked had to run around to get wet could of had a better wash in the toilet
