Worst experience ever!! Very old hotel... the hallways smells like sewer, the room was dirty en smelled. coulnd shower it smelled and was dirty. They had bedbugs in one part of the hotel... waterlice in their pool, and the worst part.. The buffet was always the same everyday ... we and a total of 6 people (that we know of) 2 of then friends of ours had foodpoisening/salmonella... i only ate 2 little bites of chicken was sick 3 days where we dindt go out of our room... that was on the 4th day that was the limit forme so went to the manager, took him to our room... told him we were going to another hotel he decided to upgrade us to the 5th floor the ultra all inclusive vip room for the remaining 3 days... i will add photos later

This is our second time here and can’t wait to back next year. The staff go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much bother. Last year was our honeymoon and our room was decorated and we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is in an amazing location and has something for everyone of all ages. Cannot fault the reception team, look forward to next year!

There aren't enough good words to describe this place. The experience was amazing, and the staff, food, and atmosphere were wonderful. The location is a 10/10. I really enjoyed my stay—it's a shame it was only for four days. I also celebrated my partner's birthday here, and they made it even more special with their attention to detail. Ignore the bad reviews; those must be from overly picky people. Even after the check-out they let you use all the facilities, buffet and give you a room to shower if you have a late flight. Highly recommended!

At first, I was quite anxious after reading numerous reviews about Hotel Gergana and its services. However, after experiencing it firsthand, I found it to be nothing like what some people had described. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room we received far exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, and while many of the staff had limited English skills, they genuinely made an effort to assist us in every possible way. The food and drinks were served flawlessly, and there were plenty of sunbeds available on the beach. Before arriving, the reviews had led me to keep my expectations low, especially considering the price we paid. Yet, the experience and service we received went well beyond what we had anticipated – and far beyond the value of the money spent. We had planned a simple birthday celebration for myself, arriving quite late on the first day, around 10 PM. Despite the hour, the hotel had thoughtfully prepared a cold meal for us, knowing we would be hungry. On the evening of my birthday, they arranged a special dinner table, complete with a personalised message on the cake and sparkling wine, which, I must say, was quite enjoyable. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Gergana. Their service is truly exceptional. This experience was far beyond what we had expected. So, don’t be swayed by a few negative reviews. Come and see for yourself, and you’ll find it’s more than worth the money – in fact, it exceeds the value for what you pay.

We stayed for 2 weeks (end of June to beginning of July), this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The hotel itself has 4 different bars, each one with a different view and a large variety of drinks. The restaurant had such a variety of food everyday which meant there was something to cater for everyone’s taste. The room we had was large enough to be comfortable in for two weeks, the housekeeping was done every day, with the lady bringing drinks for the mini bar in the room every day. The hotel and grounds are constantly being cleaned and swept by the hardworking cleaning staff. Although we didn’t have any children we saw how much energy the entertainment staff put in to make the children’s stay enjoyable and fun. There was also pool activities like water polo/yoga and water fitness provided by the entertainment staff. We only had one issue when we arrived and it was very swiftly rectified by the manager and lovely receptionist Varbina Koleva. The hotel is located on the beach but at the same time located in a beautiful Nature Reserve where there is a bar to relax and watch the wildlife. The staff at this hotel do not get enough praise, they work tirelessly all day, every day. All the bartenders over the four bars gave exceptional service, especially Gabrielle who was mentoring Khalid, they were a great team and always very polite and smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and we are hoping to go back very soon.

This was my fiftieth time to Albena, I took was out by the outdoor stage moving sand with a shovel, along my Daughter and Son in Law for their first experience, We all agree 100% our stay was like being in a FIVE STAR Hotel. The Rooms were new and very well planned, spacious and colourful. he Staff are just perfect from the top to the bottom, even after a heavy storm one evening, the next morning the Manager, the Manager in the Restaurant was always a pleasure to meet and again he could be seen daily, clearing tables, restocking cutlery etc, even sweeping up some broken glass. The Food, tremendous selection at all meal times, plenty of it and hot, great selection of Cheeses and Breads, fruit and desserts. The Pool area always looked clean and very inviting and again refreshments were always at hand if needed. The Beach area, again clean and wellmaintained, free chairs and parasol a big bonus. Will I go back, Have already sorted Price and looking at Airlines for convenient flight. A Big Thank you to all the Staff for making our Family Holiday so Pleasing. you all deserve the FIVE Stars i have awarded. Tony Talbot. U.K.

Not long returned from spending a wonderful relaxing week at this hotel. The food was really tasty, varied all-inclusive, and the rooms were a good size and really clean. The hotel is in a really good setting next to a wooded nature reserve and right on the beach, although we spent most of our time lounging by the pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we're more than happy to recommend this hotel and plan to return again.

Really nice experience here at this hotel. All the staff were lovely, the rooms were basic but clean, the all-inclusive restaurant was superb, and the beach and pool areas were great. I would definitely recommend this place and certainly intend to go back again one day.

I visit hotel Gergana every year and it never disappoints. This year around my experience in this lovely hotel was, yet again, excellent. The staff is very kind and welcoming, always there to lend you a hand when you're having trouble with something. The room and all the facilties are clean and well equipped. There is a huge variety of delicious food and drinks. The pool and the beach are a great place to relax and have fun, while getting great service. All the staff is friendly and well-mannered. All in all, hotel Gergana is the best choice for a relaxing and fun vacation with family and friends.
