The atmosphere at kerala houseboat was truly remarkable. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The ambiance was serene and inviting, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the efforts made to maintain a pristine environment throughout my stay. The staff at kerala houseboat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. From check-in to check-out, i felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. The food served is amazing and it has a great hospitality

The experience was simply mesmerising at the resort and it was worth staying at the property, all the amenities was nice including the shikara boat ride, special mention to prabal at the reception he was very kind and helpful, all the staff including the restaurant, room service and reception at the resort were polite and respectful, food is also delicious and breakfast was delicious as well with good spreads, the view from the premium room is worth watching it, the entire resort has view of backwaters with an excellent pool

We checked in on 16th late evening. Had planned for a house boat experience on 17th. The hotel was close to ambalapuzha temple ( not too close) and it was convenient for us. The hotel staff was good and the rooms were very neat and clean. Also we were lucky to have a very good restaurant bang opposite to this hotel - ave-es restaurant. A very good restaurant for sea food. Overall the stay at bonanza was quite satisfactory. We were a family of 5 people and so we booked two rooms

Positives: • The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the river. Waking up to that was a real highlight. • The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. • The morning breakfast was good, though the options were a bit limited. Still, it was satisfying. • Bathrooms were cleaner than expected, which is always a plus. • The view from our room was stunning and definitely added to the experience. • Check-in and check-out were smooth. They do require ID for everyone, but a soft copy works, which made things easier. Negatives: • The pool didn’t seem well-maintained, which was a letdown. • The property feels like it could use a renovation. It has an old vibe that could be refreshed. • Some amenities weren’t up to par—the fridge and kettle weren’t clean, and while the towels were fine, they didn’t smell the best. • The bathroom amenities were minimal, with just shampoo and moisturizer provided. • It was hard to sleep due to noise from the window and the sound of people walking on the floor above. • There are some mosquitos around, especially in the evening. While it’s not entirely their fault, there were a few in the dining area that should be addressed. • The rest of the food wasn’t great, but it was edible. Overall: For the price, the stay was okay. It’s not exactly “value for money,” but you can manage if you adjust your expectations.

When we first reached the hotel, i was a bit skeptical about the location. It is far from the main town and it was night when we reached there. The roads are small and not maintained properly. I was scared for the first time. But as i woke up the next day i must tell you the location is super pretty. You can take mini strolls within those village lanes and enjoy the scenic beauty. Do use the government ferry to travel to town as it’s quite convenient. Not many food options, so had to order whatever was suggested. However food was tasty. Do give it a try only if you are sure about the location. Otherwise within that price range we have good hotels in the main town
