Club Mahindra Arookutty, Alleppey

It's a must visit destination. The wonderful service and amazing sumptuous delicacy are simply mindblowing. Wonderful staff and their out of the world service is the use of this resort. Thank you team for the outstanding service and experience.

The best ever experience we had... being seniors we were given all necessary attention and service accordingly by every single staff including Restaurant staff to name Nalin (and many others whose name i couldnt recollect) who did a good job. Just priceless surely will recommend this place to all members and non members. All the best

During our visit to India this was the second hotel/resort that we stayed. Beautifully located by the lake. The sunrise could be viewed from our room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the and there was a good choice but less than O by Tamara.

A week of relaxation - my husband and I were energized to our full potential! A 5 day stay was extended by 2 days since we loved the ambience and service from all the departments, F&B taking full credit - my non-dairy diet was well looked after!!

One of the best club Mahindra resorts in Kerala. WE enjoyed it a lot as usual. The staff is very nice . The amenities are really good. The mukti cuisine buffet is worth trying. We had guests who were no members who enjoyed it too. Overall it was a memorable 3 days stay

Having been a Club Mahindra member for years, there are some points that stand out for CM resorts. They are usually away from the hustle bustle of the city, have large grounds, have reasonable standard rooms, have good service standards, have decent food at slightly higher prices and have excellent recreational activities. Besides of course, the challenge of getting bookings in any of them, unless you plan on day 0. Club Mahindra Aarokkutty meets these benchmarks on most points. We got the bookings done on day 0, which meant that we were not in some wait list. The property is about an hour from Central Kochi and at a very pristine location overlooking the magnificent Vembanad lake. The grounds are not as large as the typical CM properties, but adequate. There are two types of rooms here - the balcony rooms or studios which overlook the lake, and then the standard rooms on the ground floor. Would anyday prefer the balconies as they present a fabulous view of the lake. The room per se was nice and I would say better than most CMs since the Arookutty property is relatively new. The food was nice, and had a blend of cuisines. We really liked the traditional food the most. The service was very good as always, and that really is a hallmark of most properties. The recreation room was well provisioned, and the team was very helpful in helping us with the various activities within and outside the property. We did the country boat rides, kayaks and all of them were well managed. There was no gym onsite, but the grounds were pretty ok for walks. The spa was nice, and the team there were very helpful. Arookutty would certainly rank among the top quartile properties for the CM group, and we would like to come back sometime.
