Had the most amazing stay with my husband. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Our room looked out onto the backwaters and watching the houseboats go by was a treat. The staff were super attentive and the Chef went out of his was to make all our favourite food. Especially as we were visiting from Australia and missing all the Kerala delicacies. I really felt I was back at my grandparents Tharavadu (house) enjoying all my grandmas home cooked food. The Ayurvedic massage we both had was very relaxing and refreshing something I highly recommend. Overall it was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit. 😊

Great Resort to relax . Food was delicious. Staff very friendly Enjoyed the Ayurvedic spa Rooms are spacious and clean. Clean pool. The boat ride was really enjoyable. Enjoyed the whole resort experience. Beautiful garden where you can sit and admire nature and backwater.

The Resort is located next to the backwaters of pampa river. We booked this resort to visit Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple. Enjoyed the dinner and complimentary breakfast served in the morning.
The rooms were spacious and well maintained.
We requested the hotel reception team to arrange the shikara boat ride in the morning. Extended boat ride for 30 mins extra and paid total Rs.1350/-.

I stayed here with my friends, the manager and staff were very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend this place for everyone

Property stay was very good considering the location of property. Easily accessible. Transport services available outside resort. Small market also there for daily needs. Backwaters with small garden for kids. Very cooperative staff. Nice experience to visit

Charging extra of each and everything . Water Mrp was 20 and they charged 35. Bed was not that good, fan was making noise and no hot water in gyser

Our family stayed at this lovely place for 1 night, we had a nice room, all of the staff were friendly, the pool was clean and a good temperature and we were given a decent breakfast with several options.
The shower could be more powerful but it was warm.

The service offers by Trivey Camelot is awesome. All the staffs are well professional and with good hospitality standard. All the rooms are neat and clean, they have a beautiful garden area also when we enter to the resort the ambience gives a positive attitude. They have chairs and sitting area near to the water body. Overall excellent resort definitely suggest to all.
