we reached 2 hrs late at 3 PM insteayof 1 PM. however the manager was quite helpful and made arrangements. clean rooms and beautiful boat.

The house boat ride was a different experience. The sailor and the food quality was awesome. Staff was too supportive including the manager.
The only setback was the television in the Kera rani boat which i boarded. They have a sub standard television with no active apps than youtube

Place was excellent. But rooms are not up to the mark. Limited foods no more options. What they prepare v have to eat. Poor service taste was poor.

We stayed in the k era chitira (1bhk premium) and i would say it was just about ok. The boat is old and could have been maintained better. We are vegetarian and we found the food served to be better compared to other experience. There are multiple unknowns and it did not turn out that good. 1) there was an extra fee to transfer to a smaller boat to see the village, paddy field etc. 2) they dock the boat back at the same place where they started and not in a nearby village ( when i had enquired, i got an ambiguous response so may be my bad) 3) the room is pretty small and can be claustrophobic to some 4) it was not exactly what we had read on internet and forums. I would not do this again at least not with kera.

It was a very nice stay in overall kerala trip one of the best stays and food we have. Manager mr. Sebastin was very supportive. The cook on the boat house was mind-blowing cooking food all staff are very supportive. Overall experience was good just keep in mind as you stay on water mosquitos are high also bathroom water will have some smell.

The Houseboat Experience I got was wonderful. All the staff humble and polite, ready to help you anytime. They arranged conveyance for me to go to Railway staion early morning. But I am not satisfied with veg meal they served in Lunch and dinner, can't say anything about nonveg items because I had not tasted them. Room was good. Bathroom was cleaned. Houseboat well maintained.
