Place was excellent. But rooms are not up to the mark. Limited foods no more options. What they prepare v have to eat. Poor service taste was poor.

It was a very nice stay in overall kerala trip one of the best stays and food we have. Manager mr. Sebastin was very supportive. The cook on the boat house was mind-blowing cooking food all staff are very supportive. Overall experience was good just keep in mind as you stay on water mosquitos are high also bathroom water will have some smell.

The Houseboat Experience I got was wonderful. All the staff humble and polite, ready to help you anytime. They arranged conveyance for me to go to Railway staion early morning. But I am not satisfied with veg meal they served in Lunch and dinner, can't say anything about nonveg items because I had not tasted them. Room was good. Bathroom was cleaned. Houseboat well maintained.

Location is very prominent for every houseboat vendor, food is of average quality but the quantity of non-veg served is very less, remaining are services, if one asks for gets it.

The houseboat was good and food was decent too. Few challe ges due to which i have rated low. 1. The boat manager kept stopping the boat on request of fellow boat riders for small boat canal rides, speed boat rides that they wanted to do. For shared rides this shouldn't be allowed. 2. I got late in asking the helper for extra bed at night(11pm. I was told i should have asked for it earlier. Finally they did give the bedding but i expected better hospitality and service. These just spoiled the overall experience.

Staff behaviour is not well, we started dinner in a upper deck at 9. 10pm, while 10pm onward s boat staff came and asking two times dinner completed sir and also pressure to us, after that they told we going to sleeping sir, 10. 15pm onward s switch off the upper deck lights, my family members talk to boat staff, again they put lights and also argue here rules, we accept the rules but they way of telling and treat the customer is important thing, even with us three years child, again they switch off lights, we struggled & irritated lot.
