Monart City Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

staff were friendly and helpful , dining staff polite and friendly , maids doing rooms excellent and went above and beyond. facilities as expected and then some more . hotel was clean and staff were frequently seen attending to any items that weren’t up to standard and clearing any mess made .. we stayed in a room with a sea view and it was lovely . i’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

A fantastic hotel in every way, excellent food excellent service perfect location on the beach. Very service-oriented staff who wish all guests well. Nice entertainment almost every night Can highly recommend this hotel! We'll be back! Bjorn and Karin

Great hotel, friendly staff, good food... The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help in any way they needed! Service overall was great. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

We visited the hotel for a week. We arrived early before check-in and the receptionist immediately took care of our needs. Surprisingly, the receptionist also spoke Finnish! We got a room before check-in time. Everything worked great, the room was clean, the food was good and available all the time! The staff was friendly and the beach was right next door. Really pleased with the hotel's services and staff. It was wonderful that the hotel had its own program throughout the week. Thank you!

Ongoing Review Arrived in the early hours of this morning (22/04). First impressions are good, the hotel is clean, staff are friendly. The room is very clean with a fantastic view, but gosh it’s a box room - the laundry closet at home is bigger! Had to ask for extra coat hangers as there was only x4 in the room. Main restaurant seems good, good selection of food for both breakfast and lunch (writing this while having lunch) only criticism is would it hurt to an actually label the dishes? It’s a lucky dip! I’d like to know what I’m eating, and it saves multiple guests lifting and lowering the bain-marie lids to decide firstly what it is and secondly if they want it… I’ll update as the 10 days go on… Okay, as promised, here’s an update! Today is our 5th full day here at the Monart City Hotel. Firstly I’d like to clarify my point about the room being small, yes it’s small (earlier referred to as a “box room”) we can work around this, and on Wednesday came back to find a note in our door asking us to visit reception. They asked if we wanted to have a look at a larger room, we did accept this offer but kindly refused the larger room as it had the same amount of hanging space as the original, which can only be likened to something you would find in a Holiday Inn Express for a weekend away, most definitely not what I would expect for 10 nights! Disappointingly we were informed that all rooms have the same wardrobe space no matter the size of the room. On a more positive note, the staff really cannot do more for you, and the ‘Snack Bar’ is a gem! They really are missing a trick here, it could genuinely be marketed as an al a carte restaurant rather than a snack bar as the menu items are cooked fresh to order. The evening meal in the main restaurant has a very good choice, with the chefs cooking something from the grill/bbq each night. Usually a selection of 3 different meats. Oh and the desserts are to die for! Although grateful for tips, none of the staff expect them and you don’t get a less of a service from them if you don’t tip them (although they have received tips from us!)
