It's the most miserable hotel I've ever stayed at. Bad food, only few types of food available . I was with my son in hospital because of the food. Even if the price is lower than other hotels, it's not worth ruining your vacation because of it. The only advantage is the location close to the beach.

Avoid This Hotel – Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience If you're looking for a proper all-inclusive holiday, this is not the place to book. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. When I got to my room, I found the bed dirty — it was full of hair and clearly hadn’t been changed since the last guest. It was unhygienic and unacceptable. Throughout my entire stay, the room was never cleaned. I had to ask for fresh bedding and ended up changing it myself. The floors were filthy. The overall condition of the hotel is extremely poor. It's run down, dirty, and clearly not maintained. Glasses and cutlery were consistently unclean, and I noticed staff handling food and drinks with questionable hygiene. The bathrooms are just as bad, with mould between the tiles and dangerously slippery shower cabins. Pillowcases weren’t even white – they were stained yellow, which made going to bed unpleasant. The breakfast was, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever had. The staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful and were wearing stained uniforms and offering minimal service more focused on cutting corners than providing decent service. This hotel claims to be all-inclusive, but almost everything comes at an extra cost. There’s no bottled water in the room. Orange juice costs €3. You even have to pay to use the safe and for Wi-Fi. Cocktails aren't included, and the drinks they do serve are basic, poured in tiny glasses, and feel watered down.. I honestly don’t understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. In my opinion – and in the opinion of several other guests I spoke to – it barely deserves 1 star. Some of the positive reviews seem misleading or not reflective of the reality. My advice: avoid this hotel at all costs. It needs a full renovation, better management, and serious attention to cleanliness and service before it should even be open to guests.Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It’s not worth the money and really shouldn't be accepting guests in its current state.

The hotel is dirty. The shower cabin is slippery inside and the gaps between the cabins are moldy and black. The pillowcases are not white but yellow. It is unpleasant to go to bed. The spa is downright dirty and smells bad. The meals are good. The first room offered seemed to be a storage room before, the toilet door did not open to go to the sink. The serving staff had dirty clothes on. (at the bar).

Just dont bother. For the money you can book a much better hotel with better service. Everything is at extra cost including the wi-fi. The room standards are very poor. Very worn and old nothing like the photos advertised. The food is also sub standard with very little choice again nothing like the buffet photos advertised. For an all inclusive hotel it falls well below expectations. We even tried to "upgrade" the room while we were there at a cost of €150 the only difference was the room size the standard was the same with curtains that dont fit windows, sockets not working, broken, windows, all the walls covered in black marks, bedding with holes in and stained and furniture that frankly belongs in a skip. The staff are also rude and questioned our bed situation (male coupe) just stay clear was like a backpackers stay in blackpool. Moved after two nights.

If you want a ALL INCLUSIVE holiday then don’t come here. There’s no bottled water in your room, you have to pay 3 euros for orange juice, you have to pay for the safe and for wifi..they give you half measure drinks in tiny glasses. You also have to pay Cocktails, the drinks are so basic it’s boring. Also the hotel is run down and very dirty, glasses are dirty, cutlery is dirty and the staff have no personal hygiene. The rooms are very basic and they never clean the floors,my feet were filthy within seconds of taking my shoes off in the room. The food at breakfast is awful, probably the worst I’ve EVER had. The staff really couldn’t care less about anything or anyone other then where the next penny can get saved. This hotel is never a 4* it’s barely a 1* in my opinion and everyone else I’ve spoken to who is staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs it needs pulling down.

Absolutely brilliant experience, one of the best holidays I have ever had. I go away about 4 times a year and this holiday was one of the best. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The Turkish bath and the massage parlour were absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be going back. Thanks everyone 👍.

In one word: atrocious, a disaster. On arrival the street of the hotel and the hotel itself was like a ghost town, the rooms looked like they were last updated in the 80’s, and last cleaned in the 70’s, nothing like the advertisement. We were met with a receptionist who spoke no more than 5 words and dragged us around the hotel to find a suitable room for our family. One of the biggest turn offs from the moment we walked in was the terrible smell from the bathroom which over time would spread throughout the whole room, we would come back from a day out to the horrible smell of dirty gutters and undisposed feces. All inclusive? Each meal lasted around 2 hours 3x a day where around 2 meal choices where provided, some of which were leftovers from the day before, with one our children eating pieces of bread with butter (if there was any there) for 7 days straight. Unlike other hotels our family has been to, there were people who literally lived in the hotels and would come down in clothes which looked like had been lived in for weeks, wouldn’t line up like some of us were trying too and would push in line, shove children around and shatter dishes, without a care to even report the incident so it could be resolved. Drinks outside were offered at a certain time where dishes were dirty and we were only allowed a limited amount. When the bar was closed, so was the water and juice dispenser. For the room, the stink which filled the room made staying in the room a mission itself, the curtains wouldn’t cover the whole window meaning at night people could see straight in with no privacy, the TV which was nothing like the photos provided did in fact, not work, and the AC would turn itself off when it felt like it, our family of 6 was put in a room made for 5 people, and when we asked for another pillow and about the curtains the receptionist rolled his eyes and went on his way. Internet was offered but at a price of 3 euros per day which worked only in the hotel itself, the cleaners stated that they would clean the floor once every two days, and the bed sheets every 3 days. Did this happen? No, within our week stay a cleaner came twice to empty the bin in the bathroom which was the only bin in 2 rooms, to give us one roll of toilet paper which was to be shared across 6 people, and to wipe the floor near the door. The bathroom wall was so thin we could hear a water drop from the room next door. Our family had travelled all over Turkey over the past few years and have never come across such a disaster of a hotel. This hotel is nothing like a 4 star that Iv been to before, more like a 1-2 star. Family friendly? Absolutely not! Never again.
