The hotel is nice, the staff are lovely - Hakan was brilliant and so so friendly with us. It’s central to a lot of really good bars, restaurants and shops. Jack and Valerie at the hotel tattoo shop are the best, so so friendly and are incredible at their work. Both are so accommodating and funny and sorted us out with a really good price for our tattoos as well.

Love this hotel, love the atmosphere. The bar staff are amazing and Tibi has been the most excellent host. Friend for life x

We have been staying in room 3101 from 12 to 19 of June. We found the whole hotel experience beautiful. Tac Premiers is very clean, the staff is friendly, the water pool is warm and nice. Our room was big, the beds were comfortable, the air con worked properly and the water pressure from the shower was a dream. The room was cleaned daily; we received three little water bottles each day too. We loved the food. It was plenty and varied. We also loved the snack bar and the pool bar. We were extremely happy when our special needs child started eating pasta, rice, couscous, fish, watermelon, grilled chicken, which he refused to eat at home. We feel the chefs needed to know this as we would like to say thank you for their delicious meals. The only sugesstion I would make is to improve the breakfast juice. It is too sweet and warm. I would like to say a big thank you to Zekiye from Spa Ram. Her hands are magical. She helped me sleep with no knee pain for the first time in many years. I would recommend to anyone visiting Tac Premier to go to the spa and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing massage. I did the foot massage. It was divine. Please ask for Zekiye to be your masseur. You will not regret this. This woman is an angel with a healing touch. We loved the pool. My son couldn't have enough of it. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, while my husband relaxed at the nearby table with a drink. The hotel is situated near the beach. I would recommend going to the beach 107, as it is not very busy and you can get a better deal for the two sun beds and an umbrella. We would like to thank all the Tac Premier staff for doing such a great job and making the hotel such a pleasant experience. I would also recommend the pirate boat trip, but please compare all the prices online and at the hotel, before you make a decision. We were on the Admiral Black boat. Our son loved it so much. We loved it too. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good, the swimming in the water was pure joy. We left Alanya with such a positive feeling. We loved our stay at Tac Premier Hotel and Spa. I would recommend all readers to ignore the nasty comments and come to this hotel with an open mind and submerge in a beautiful, different and positive cultural experience.

Reception areas are nice but rooms aren't great. Very dated and could be doing with an overhaul. Bar staff are excellent. Food in restaurant is awful, no catering for British people unless you want to live on chips and fruit. Pool side snacks are good but only open till 4pm. We paid extra for an all inclusive holiday and still spent over £1000 on food as we had to eat out every night. The tattoo rep that thinks hes Jack Sparrow hounded us for 3 days about tattoos and piercings. After finally giving him a firm No he took the huff and wanted an argument! Location was good, 5 mins from the beach. The transfer from the airport was long, over 2hrs. I did enjoy my holiday with my family but if I wouldn't go back here.
