Sealine Hotel

We came to this hotel for our honey moon and my partner’s birthday. Last year, we had a great experience in Alanya, but this year it was horrible (accommodating-wise only). Since day one the receptionist was rude, when I asked for extra towels he replied “what do you need them for? Don’t you have 2 in the room already? No extra towels”. We asked for an extra room key and the price is 10€ per week! What a rip off. Also you must pay for the internet… which is really slow. Anyways, this did not discourage us and we went on with our city adventures. A friend that we met last year came to see us all the way from Kemer; he was really happy and we went to party. Unfortunately, he drunk too much and he was unable to return to Kemer so we thought of bringing him to the hotel and pay for his stay. The receptionist (old man with glasses) was really rude from the beginning because of how our friend look like (he is Kurdish and apparently Turkish people don’t like Kurdish that much). We were ready to pay, but our friend did not have an ID. There has been an exchange of words between them and then we left not to cause any trouble or disturb the other guests. We had to sleep on the beach that night because we could not leave our friend alone. The next day we return to the hotel and the receptionist was once again rude to us and threatened to kick us out. I went to sleep and my partner had a shower and noticed a message at our door “please come and see us at reception “. My wife went downstairs and the receptionist and his manager took her in their office where they started yelling at her. We had already apologised the day before for our friend but for them it wasn’t enough, they wanted to humiliate us and ruin our trip. Even our “tour guide” from the company called Meeting point told us to behave otherwise we will be kicked out. My wife didn’t even want to stay in the hotel anymore as we felt unwelcome. Anyways, we decided to give it another try and guess what? The next day we came back at 2am after a busy day of having fun and found our room a mess. All our things were moved and we found a bag of drugs/tobacco next to our room. We left the hotel as felt not safe and the receptionist refused to show us the camera and also the police could not help. I will spare you the whole story, but long story short, another guest was able to open our room with his card. We stayed in room 202 and the other guest stayed in 502. That’s why I stated in the title of this review that the hotel is not safe. Once again, the reception manager tried blaming us “oh you didn’t close the door), but we were not the last people to leave the room, because the cleaning personnel had entered the room after us and they always close it after. Luckily, nothing important was missing. Finally, the reception manager apologised and asked us to come back…. Well, it was too late, we felt really bad staying there , as if all eyes were watching us… and for what? We just tried helping a friend and when

We stayed at the sealine hotel as we read some great comments on the place but these comments did the place know justice as you have to go and see for yourself. We loved it that much we booked back up as soon as we got home this hotel is a small hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in every department the rooms are spotless. The service was amazing the staff were better and as far as the food I'm normally a fussy eater but there food was lovely and we ate there every day didn't have to go out to dine like we normally do it was that good. Like I said the staff were great they really made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough for you every one who stays there is treated all the same like family there where some bad reviews but I really can't understand why as it was one of the best places I've ever stayed at so if you choose to stay here you really won't be disappointed as its so relaxing you don't want to leave . And I wasn't payed to say this it really was that good so if you want a quiet relaxing one to one service holiday then look no further you have found what you are looking for the hotel owner pretty much lives there and eats all the food we eat from there aswell so the food has to be good and the chef can even make plain pasta taste nice as he knows how to use seasoning. well there isn't much more I can say other then amazing amazing amazing you have to give it a try.

It was easy to get sunbed as early season and hotel only half full. 2 pools, cold water. All inclusive very limited. No coctails. Only beer and HOT wine. They keep white wine at room tempature (+35). Cola, fanta, Sprite, soda. Juice and water self-service. No snacks. Only sweets at coffee break, no bread or anything salty. Breakfast and lunch Ok. I eat out at evening, not at the hotel buffet. Turkish show at friday night. Belly dancer at tursday night. Sponsored ny leather shop, so they are trying to offer you ride to their shop. Just say no Thanks. Near everything. On East side (better side). Near dolmus stops. Near migros. Good location.

Super hotel 5,załoga 5,kuchnia 5, lokalizacja 5, atmosfera 5, pokoje 5, najlepszy 5.2 mam nadzieję że trafimy na ten sam w przyszłym roku .Daję 5 ponieważ to najwyższa ocena jaką można dać.Polecam z całego serca. Ukłony dla właściciela i całej załogi, do zobaczenia za rok.

Здравствуйте всем! 🤝Решила написать реальный отзыв, пока свежие впечатления. Отдыхала с папой вдвоем с 17 по 26 сентября 2024 г. Поражаюсь негативным отзывам🤦 Хочу напомнить: этот отель 3 ЗВЕЗДЫ!!! Он просто отличный для своей категории!!! Во-первых, все номера двухкомнатные и уборка КАЖДЫЙ день! Во-вторых, питание всё свежее- на завтрак при вас готовят оладьи, яичницу и омлет с различными начинками, на обед жарят что-то мясное , рыба каждый день, суп постоянно разный, на ужин также что-то новенькое готовят при вас. Всегда очень много зелени, овощей, фруктов. Свежий хлеб. Очень много сладостей (обед и ужин). Ароматный чай (черный и зелёный), кофе в кофемашинах 6 видов. Сок (порошковый). Отзывчивый и приятный персонал! Да, некоторые заигрывают, НО в пределах дозволенного. Никто не перегибает палку. В-третьих, отличное месторасположение- почти в центре, но в тоже время в стороне от шума. Два вида пляжа: номер 12 (пешком до моря 5-7 мин) и Клеопатра (возят в 10 ч). Мы были и там, и там. С Клеопатры мы даже пешком ходили (45 мин). Море чистое, теплое. В-четвёртых, отель интернациональный, некоторые приезжают ДЕВЯТЫЙ раз сюда!!! Нет никакого негатива, ко всем одинаково хорошо относятся. Конечно, если вы - не свинья, и не хам! В-пятых, развлекаловок нет, играет нейтральная музыка, отдыхаете сами по себе. Два бассейна и маленький для детей. ЧИСТЫЕ!!! Кстати, кровати жёсткие, но мне, наоборот, такие нравятся. Спина не болела. Относитесь к персоналу доброжелательно, вежливо и они ответят вам тем же! А если кому-то не понравился этот отель и пишет всякую чушь с негативом, чтобы не приезжал никто туда, НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ или поезжайте в отели 5*. Всему персоналу огромное СПАСИБО за их отношение к нам! PERSONEEL WERKT HARD,KAMERS SCHOON,ETEN SUPER,2 HEERLIJKE ZWEMBADEN,EN ZELFS SOEP NA 23.00 UUR. KORTOM HEERLIJKE VAKANTIE GEHAD,WIJ ZIJN HIER VOLGEND JAAR ZEKER WEER TERUG TE VINDEN!!! SEALINE,BEDANKT VOOR DEZE FIJNE VAKANTIE. DIT HOTEL IS 1000% EEN HEERLIJK HOTEL.

Wir hatten all inklusive, es war Prima. Wir bekamen am Nachmittag auch Kuchen und Kaffe. Hätte gerne Obst dazu gehabt, da ein Gluten Allergie hatte, ein Gast war Zuckerkrank und ein von die Gästen hat kein Zucker vertragen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unter dem Essen sehr hilfsbereit mit die Kindern.Die Zimmern wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Danke Sealine für ein schönes Erlebnis😊

Noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel besucht. Mein Reisepass wurde im Hotelzimmer geklaut. Das Personal ist unfreundlich, lästert und wollen einem nicht helfen. Das Essen schmeckt schrecklich, ist meistens kalt gewesen. Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe. Ein Zimmer direkt über Abfallcontainer bekommen. NIE WIEDER!!!!!!

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gelegen-wer Ruhe sucht,dem würde ich kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich,gibt einige die Deutsch sprechen. Das Essen ist sehr gut!! Nachteile sind: Sauberkeit,vor allem in der Dusche !!! Wasserrutsche kostet 10€!! Bei all inclusive darf man nur 1mal die Minibar leeren,danach muss man zahlen. Es gibt keine Flaschen die man aufs Zimmer mitnehmen kann. Es gibt an der Cocktailbar nur einheimische Getränke die umsonst sind,für alle Cocktails muss man zahlen. Wenn man im Hotel Geld wechseln will,bieten sie einem einen schlechten Kurs an. Am Hoteleigenen Strand muss man für Essen und Trinken zahlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig,wenn man auf Toilette sitzt,hört man den oberen Nachbarn auf dem WC.
