Hotel is nice, just a few things 1 you could be put in a room far away from main hotel, my family were put their. It was about a 5 minute walk for breakfast 5 different set of stairs for food. 2. Pool could be heated the water was freezing, it is around 2pm before you can tolerate the cold. Food was alright even the pickiest eater won't starve, best was breakfast or snack bar at 2pm until 5pm. A la carte restaurant was good. There is a good selection of drinks available from the 24hr bar in reception or from main poolside bar and sports bar, drinks can be strong depending or the bar person. I would recommend having a few drinks before heading back to the room. I've used the bus shuttle service to go into Alanya town only 1 euro each one way. Didn't go to beach so unsure of facilities. Kids games you buy credit, 5 euro equal for 3 credits depending on the game it can expensive and games don't last long. There are deals 20 euros for 40 credits. I would recommend if you do go take private transfer as its about 2hours away from airport. WiFi is free in reception or 15 euros for 7 days per phone. Played chess as a family very fun and mini golf.

The hotels advertisement is not true, the hotels beach is in the middle of nowhere and just stones. The food is really bad and the same every day, only good food is the snack bar but the staff are very moody. The breakfast is non existent. The entertainment is not the best the kids disco is the worst we’ve seen but I suppose it still has something. The pools are good and the slides are very good that’s the best part about the hotel. The hotel is situated up a hill in the middle of nowhere although there is a free shuttle bus to Alanya which was very helpful. One of the photos with slides in the pool is not open and is empty but doesn’t state when you book. The hotel is all uphill it’s about a 15 minute walk from reception to some of the rooms not good for people with push chairs as no lifts if you are at the top like we were. It’s definitely not up to the standard as advertised and not a 5 star but overall an average stay here.

Beautiful hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. My brother and his wife had a kitchenette which was handy as they have a baby. We went as a large family group of 21 people. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the kids water park area and the nightly kids disco. There’s also a lovely clean shaded park for when it gets too hot. The chef at the snack hut was so welcoming and we ate there more or less everyday as kids love pizza and nuggets. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to other families.

The hotel was clean and provided the facilities of a five star hotel. There was a variety of food from the buffet restaurant and we were constantly spoilt for choice. However if you are expecting British food you will be disappointed but then why travel to a hotel in Turkey if that is the case! There was also an ala carte restaurant that provides a three-course meal of which I can recommend. The hotel is on a hill so if you are in standard accommodation you will have a trek up a hill before you can get to a lift so if you have difficulties walking ensure that you let the hotel know before you arrive. There are multiple pools which can get very noisy and some children (and parents) are a bit rowdy (you can't criticise a hotel for the clientele) but the pools were good fun, especially the slides! If you can't find a sun lounge that hasn't a towel on it speak to Yil (he is always smiling and ready to help) and he seems to find them for you. For a quieter more relaxed scene, there is a private beach attached to the hotel with a free shuttle bus to get you there. This was really good and there is a snack bar with drinks that are all part of the all-inclusive deal. There is also a shuttle bus to Alanya town and a market on Tuesday and Saturday (1 euro per person 1 way) which allows you to explore the region. Everything seems to be priced in Euros so there doesn't seem a need to have Turkish Lira. Overall we had an excellent holiday at this hotel. The staff couldn't be more friendlier and helpful.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE OVER 19 YEARS OLD! It took us 3 days to find around on this bungalow mixed hotel. The pool is on 2 floor. The restaurant on 3 floor. There is ONLY one overcrowded VERY noisy ALL Day disco pool. No sunbeds available! This hotel is in so many sections. It dosnt make sence. Be very fysical Well. It is like mountain climbing. We where in a bungalow far away from the sort of main hotel. Stairs and Hills everywhere. They speak very poorly English. They couldnt even explain the Way to the pool. This is only a hotel for very fysical trainee Young people. There is no fun/party vibes at Night. The cocktails are 1/2 alkohol and the rest a colour and very hot. Its Called all inclusive. It is not. No free wi fi, you have to pay for so many ekstra things! The amfi theater at Night are 20 minuttes of handling out medals to the ten people that played dart somewhere. So boring! The beds are hard. The chairs are hard. Reall NOT a 5 star hotel. More like 1 star. We lost a whole Night waiting for the hotel bus. It never came. I contacted the manager who blaned me for not looking up on their new somewhere not visible bus hours. After he blamed me, we asked the hotel to order a taxi. It never cane either. You need a tour guide to find around in this labyrint of a hotel. It feels like a child build this many different places together pretending to be a hotel. The only kind people at this place, are the cleaning Ladies! The forst Day we Met a married couple and the woman was crying wanting to go home due to the above problems. The pictures of the hotel and pool are stretched and not at all like it looks on this pictures. Expect a bungalow on 2 floor many hundred Milles away from the pool or the restaurant. DONT go! You Will shurely be very dissapointed. Never going back here EVER!

İt was a very disappointing vacation, I booked this hotel according to positive reviews and i said about bad reviews “how bad could be ?” But I made mistake to go there.First off all hotel is not normal hotel building, it is a multiple buildings which is going towards to hill, we are tired of climbing stairs, specially with kids very tiring. Food and beverages not good at all, you eat something but you ask yourself ‘what is this’, food quality very bad ,if you don’t ask ice they don’t put ice in drinks ,everything is self service, no service at all, mostly employees are young teenagers probably traniee, but they are nice , always smiling and they are trying to make things better.pools are very small and to crowded , no space ,we only had one day sun bed and umbrella (you have to wake up early to take one). Snack restaurant always full I waited 15-20 minutes to get pizza and burger, ice cream is only served 2 hours and there is line also. Hotel beach is not good, there is bus service to the beach but full all the time.Room was ok but AC is very old, makes noises,hardly makes the room cool. And I forgot there were a lot of kids everywhere, if you want relaxing and quiet vacation don’t go there. Only good thing was animation shows , we enjoyed the shows, thank you for that and thanks for employees. I don’t think I will go back again and I don’t recommend this hotel .
