Lovely hotel fantastic position close to the beach but literally miles away from any shops or activity… the bus stop is right outside but busses are packed to capacity and then some.. food fabulous pool amazing and very clean…. Rooms more than adequate spotless . Safe in wardrobe which you pay for! Now the down side …. Only one elevator which only holds 2 people usually a queue to use it. The walls (ceilings perhaps) between the rooms are like tissue paper you hear every word as tho they were beside you in the same room and every burp, fart, spit into the sink and every bowl movement. As if the noise from neighbours wasn’t bad enough there is some ‘pump’ noise that goes off 24/7 about every minute lasts 15 sec! You need to be an extremely sound sleeper to get any shut eye here! Shopping list today ‘ear plugs’

This hotel is actually permanently closed, so you will be placed in a hotel of less standards close by through the same chain, you will not be pre warned about this, i was dropped off at a nearby hotel at 5am without a clue as to why DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Staff is very polite, always here to help you and serve you. Special greeting to the receptionist on the 1st shift. Guys in the kitchen are also very polite. Hygiene in the hotel is on high level. Food is good. Atmosphere in hotel is also very good. No negative words. The only negative words go to the safeguard on the beach no 41. He is very umpolite. He drove us away with abusive words. Negative, impolite and rude person.

The food are so bad. You have to buy extra food out of the hotel to survey. It says good for kids but no "kidsfood" or icecream at all. When food runs ut (or soda) the staff dont refill. Sorry out of order/stock.... The pool is small and the waterslide only open some times. The noice from the bartenders cell phone is terrible. No rules at the swimmingpool! The sunbeds costs. Max 2 stars for this hotel.

August 2023. Upon check-in, they said there were no available rooms and placed us in a nearby hotel of the same chain, in a small room – not the same type we paid for. Safe comes with a fee. Beach loungers are also charged, despite the beach supposedly belonging to the same hotel. Food quality seems extremely cutback. Coffee is instant, not brewed – didn't expect this in a touristy place like Alanya. 11 nights weren't cheap, around 1000 euros for two. Hotel quality is very poor, nowhere near the value. Definitely not 4 stars, maybe 2 at most by Turkish standards. I don't even want to mention the hair in the bathroom.

To be fair hotel was OK, clean. Checked in we paid extra for a pool or beach view we got the isolation room over looking a car park. Needless to say we got moved. Room was OK a/c fabulous, the bathroom always smelled of poo (not ours) a vent at the side of loo must be connected to another room as could hear everything. Pool area very small and cramped, NO ENTERTAINMENT, apart from someones phone through a speaker but it was on off on off. Food not good, I mean who has boiled chillies for breakfast? I have never seen as many different lettuces. Lol. Nothing marked up, staff very helpful and kind.
