Сам по себе отель нормальный расположен удобно, близко к побережью рядом есть рынок но обслуживание так себе еле тянет на троечку...

Terrible, very dirty everywhere, the owner is hiding his name asking guests to call him as a "boss". Not safe place. Meal is so so. The rooms are dirty and no one clean them. You have to pay for everything, even the toilet paper and a bottle of water. Never again

I stayed in Carmen Apart Hotel with my family one week.we was very happy.hotel's personel very kindly and helpful.room and beds are comfartable.wi-fi is good.all markets,post Office and beach is nearly.I hope so,I'll go there next time again with my family.defenitly,I advice

very good hotel and very nice staff. there is nothing to complain about. the food is good, very close to the center and the sea. the rooms are large and good and all rooms have very good air conditioner. good cleaning in the room

We booked this hotel for long-termed period and we were promised to have good conditions. However after you pay it turns out that all the promises were false. They start to ask you money for everything: for plates, for kettle, for cleaning, even for electricity. The most important that you need to know is that they scam people with electricity. If you use AC they tell you that it is going to be approximate 1K lyra at the end of month (and in reality it is a normal price). But after check out you receive a bill around 3K lyra and when you are asking where did you get this price (because it doesn't fit the calculations), they tell you that it is business and you need to pay how much they want.

Alanyadaki bu saçmalığa dikkat! İnternetten rezervasyon yapıp gitmiştik, girişte 250 tl klima ücreti istediler. Karşı çıktığımızda ise sizin seçiminiz deyip umursamadılar. Çalışanlara bişey diyemem ama yetkili olduğunu düşündüğümüz vatandaş başka bir siteyi göstererek biz ilanda kocaman yazmışız dedi. Fakat gösterdiği site bizim rezervasyon yaptığımız site değildi. Biz kendi baktığımız siteyi göstermeye çalışırken ise hiç dinlemeden arkasına dönüp gitti. Klimanın ücretli olması sinirlerimizi bozdu, ücreti kabul etmeyip klimasız idare ettik. Sadece konaklama amacı olduğundan beklentimiz yüksek de değildi ama tam bir fiyasko ile karşılaştık. Televizyon da bozuktu, teknik ekip uğraştı ama olmadı çok takılmadık. Tek güzel yanı havuzuydu. Odanın temizliği iyi gibiydi. Ama klimasız bir odada sadece yatak ücreti vermiş gibi olduk ve verdiğim paraya acıdım. İyisinden vasatına yıllardır her türlü otelde kaldım ama böyle saçmalık görmedim. KLİMA ÜCRETİ NEDİR YA!
