Robinson Cyprus

Fabulous hotel. Everything pristine. Friendly professional staff. Excellent food. Brilliant facilities. Beautiful large rooms. 95% German but bilingual apart from the entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and such active guests as for there to be a good turnover of beds through the day.

Relaxing with all things needed including in resort Employees are very polite and helpful Spa is very nice Sports and activities add something special to have fun including classes if you like to learn something new with someone's guidance

I stayed at the resort 5 nights in September. I gave 3 stars to this resort for two reasons: value, and service. I am comparing this resort to other all inclusive resorts in greece which have Italian staff. The resort is not all inclusive. Drinks will cost you outside the meals time. The first problem with this place is that it's all germen. Everything is written in German, the entertainment is in German, the staff speak German. This was not disclosed to me when I booked. That doesn't necessarily means that you can't enjoy the vacation, but many times you feel left out. you don't understand the jokes and the staff are not very eager to speak English. Furthermore when they do talk to you they are very formal, unlike when they speak to the Germans it's all laughs and smiles. This Compared to other resorts where the staff is mostly Italian and the atmosphere is more welcoming. The resort is also very German in the sense that everything is clean and on time. Entertainment: compared to other resorts the shows where stuning, but again all in German. Unfortunately there are only 2 shows or so in a week. Other nights were boring. Food: the food was just OK, not the best value for such an expensive resort. The only day when I felt I got value for my money was the friday dinner where the food was excellent. Other resorts which are also all inclusive have much better food quality and options. Sea sports: The resorts offer some sea sports. There a nasty trick that you can take equipment for no fee only if you have a liscense (which costs a lot of money ofcourse). The SUPs are not free because they Don't need a liscense when is also annoying. The sea sports instructors have a lot of attitude and it always feels like they are doing you a favor and that it's beneath them to even talk to you. Especially if you use the free stuff. This is something that is common to all resorts so I was expecting that. The tennis courts are great and the instructors are very friendly. The resort have fitness lessons around the clock. The instructors are great, but in German. They will give you English instructions but you will not understand all the jokes and laughs. Overall I enjoyed my vacation, but I don’t think it's a good value for my money. Kids entertainment for children above 6 was non existent.

4 star hotel with 5 star facilities, 7 star service. Beautiful swimming pool, excellent cleaneamess. Food was exceptional. Room was big, comfortable and very clean. Place where you can relax and forget about the rest of the world. We will go back for sure!

We enjoyed our vacation at ROBINSON Cyprus to the most. Very nice stuff, great opportunities for fitness and water sports. Also the trips outside, especially the trip to Nicosia, was one of hour highlights. We look forward to coming this year.

Had a three night stay at Robinson Cyprus. The good things: - The premises are sparkling clean from gardens, pool, beach bar, beach, breakfast room and room. Well done! - The service is excellent especially at the beach bar at night (thank you Panayiotis) and main restaurant at night (thank you Mahmud? from Egypt). All the staff is doing their best to serve you. Bravo! - The food is of good quality and drinks are included (keo beer, italian wine, juices, cola etc). The coffee also from maschine is of good quality. Live cooking stations every day. The “garides saganaki” were excellent! The everday fresh pizza at the beach bar, one of the best I have ever tried! - The rooms are big and new as is the bathroom. Sheets are of good quality and bed and pillows very soft and nice. - Free bottle of water every day in room and free coffee in room via nespreso. - Huge clean warm sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds - Great gardens and relaxing scenery. - Nice pool. - They care about hotels stray cats and have feeding stations and support them with a neutering program. Need improvement: - Very typical / cold welcoming at check in and check out. - No hair conditioner or body lotion in the room. No slippers or bathropes either. - Not enough sunbeds in pool since from very early am people put their towels on sunbeds and reserve them. Three days there didnt have the chance to use the pool due to that. - Not enough space to sit outsite for dinner at the main restaurant. - No ventilation in public wc on beach bar pool bar and breakfast wc. Due to that there was always a bad smell. - The entertainment was poor at the beach bar early in the afternoon and at night at pool bar. - Food a bit repetitive (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with a few dishes changed. Not many salads or fresh fruits at lunch time. - Not enough chairs / tables for lunch at the beach bar. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back. Thank you
