From the moment I was picked up at the airport then to the reception to the housekeeping and the dining area I was astonished on how great the staff was. They made my stay really special and this will be forever a great memory. I commend every staff there. The resort is definitely a fantastic one but the great service made it even more fabulous!

Having been avidly following the Instagram of here over the last few years, I was so excited to finally come with my husband. The location is stunning and the pool beautiful, but overall it felt like a massive con - hugely overcharging by appealing to people who get excited when “love” is listed as an ingredient in their water. No way is it 5 star - the room is rough and ready, seats stained, there was a very loud STC tower outside our room which was very noisy and service left a lot to be desired (eg housekeeping coming at 9.30pm and banging on our door so woke us up, very lax buggy service and disconnect with reception, slow breakfast service). No TV in room which is fine if you are advertising a cut off from the world but WiFi is fine so it seems contradictory. Small things add up and what I found was I guess what could be described as “inauthentic”. Says it’s eco but you have to drive everywhere to get around, lamb is from ‘New Zealand’, and the collective carbon footprint of all guests getting there must be massive when you’re advertising in America. Saudi Arabia is an amazing country and it’s a shame not more is celebrated about its culture. Positives - food delicious (although why so little Saudi?) and pool as beautiful as the pictures. Also, the massage was amazing even if our energy needed cleansing first. It’s an amazing place with so much potential but somehow misses the mark and we left feeling like we’d been part of a very clever scam.

Great vibes and food variety is excellent , music to supplement the atmosphere and service is always great. Tried the catch of the day and Tuna Salad , fresh and tasty Abed El Mohsen is a star! He goes beyond to ensure customers are taken off, it was super busy today and he managed the flow well

The architecture and design of Habitas are breathtaking, creating a perfect harmony between nature and modern comfort. Waking up to stunning views, surrounded by such a serene and peaceful atmosphere, was pure bliss. Every moment spent here felt like a privilege. A huge thank you to the entire team for their dedication and warm hospitality, which made this stay truly unforgettable. We sincerely hope to relive this magical experience very soon! – Alexandre

Wow what a place ! Incredible setting , fabulous activities , attentive service and delicious food . The Spa in itself is worth the trip ! Jehan ( I think that is how to spell her name ) is an angel 😍! It was the best massage I think I have had for as long as I can remember ! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a bit of a vibe , loads of activities ( stargazing , ballon rides , yoga , sound bath ) and the most gorgeous setting.

We are staying in room 42 in Habitas Alula Beautiful loction and stay in Habitas was exceptional largely due to the outstadinf service provided by Nafees arfaz he Anticipated our needs befor we even expressed them will come back sure again thank for everything

Everything! Everything was outstanding! This is really the first time when everything was so satisfying so up to your expectations or even outstanding them. My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday and we had such a warming surprise of the service and the place itself. The perfect view, the perfect breakfast that you can choose from. A big big thank you to the staff members especially a big thank you to Joshua who is working at the bar pool. He was more than welcoming and so interesting to talk to. Joshua made my birthday so special by congratulating with his team. I thought I might feel lonely without friends on my day but that was far not true. I felt as if I am home with family A big thank you also to Mohsin (Maksimka) for his help in suggesting on where to go and what places to visit. I hope next time I will have the chance to visit his hometown Jeddah! The perfect cocktails besides the ones that Joshua made were from his colleague (so sorry I forgot the name) from Kenya.
