Zin was awesome! Great food and great service. Pool is large and friendly for kiddos. Would come back here again. Can do day pass that is 250 and redeemable towards food and drinks at any restaurant/bar. Water is super warm so no need to ease in!

We are currently staying at the hotel and are SUPER pleased with our experience. Less than an hour from DXB, beautiful view, and warm attentive staff. Pros: -beach is so fun for the family. Great seashells to collect -plenty of pools to choose from with ample seating -ice cream for purchase poolside is excellent -kids club has lots of activities for the kids -half board a la carte is super tasty! Reunion restaurant has great food and a la carte at East was superb -Nearby Al Hamra mall gives great food options Cons: -our "beachfront" room isn't exactly super close to the beach. It's more of a beach view. But our patio space is HUGE with a closed off garden which provides security. -dinner at East leaves something to be desired. The buffet has some options but when compared to other hotels (Hilton Yas Island, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Saadiyat Island) it is not as plentiful - a big con in my opinion is the mini bar in the room. I asked for it to be emptied when I checked in because I don't want any drinks, specifically alcoholic drinks to be accessible to my children. I was told that there is a 50 Dirham charge to empty the fridge. I don't think there should be any charge to have drinks emptied. If someone has religious restrictions, or a history of alcohol use, and don't want to have drinks in the room, they should not be penalized monetarily for this. Staff so far that has been so helpful: Ayu in the kids club, Ilyas at reception, Christopher who helped us with our bags, Saad at the front desk, Kyi at reception, Joel at Reunion, and so many more. We haven't finished our stay and are already thinking about when we can return!

We booked for a staycation weekend and was upgraded to a one bedroom suite due to our Accor platinum status. The room was beautifully designed and new - also had executive lounge access via Reunion restaurant. Thank you to Vinny for his excellent service to ensure we had good cocktails and snacks during happy hour. Breakfast was pretty good with a good spread and the pool was pretty huge. Overall , will be back and highly recommended!

The room is good and the food is delicious.my kids is very happy about pool they enjoy a lot. Special mentio to honey and Imane the best staff thank so much.i will come back again . Next week I hope they have activity for the kids and for adult .,,🥰🥰

Excellent holiday in beautiful hotel. We came for a flop and drop holiday with few expectations other than wanting sunshine and relaxation. From the minute we arrived we were looked after by Saad, who bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. We initially had a problem with a noise in our room and Saad sorted it for us really quickly. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are like clouds to sleep on. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had the lovely Diptique toiletries that make Sofitel so special. We hadn’t realised that we had booked half board and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and selection of the food. The flavours of each different salad were gorgeous and the staff made it their mission to make sure you had what you liked, in my case natural yogurt at night. The staff who stood out for us were Honey, Lloyd, Joel, Isam and Amadu and the lovely lady who cleaned our room Kevine. Honey should be promoted to PR Manager of the hotel. She was incredible! It was my birthday during our stay too and I was spoilt rotten. I had one of the nicest massages ever in the Clarins spa and made use of the well equipped gym a couple of times to work off the delicious food! There was a walkway by the beach that ensured we got our 10k steps in too. Absolutely stunning holiday and we would go back in a heartbeat!
