We had an overall very positive experience at the Delphin Imperial. The concept remains consistent with other hotels in the Delphin chain, which we’ve always enjoyed. The architecture is impressive, and the refurbishment of the main restaurant’s interior has enhanced the dining experience. I expect the planned refurbishment in early 2025 will bring even more improvements. One downside we encountered was the layout of the beach lounges—they are too close together in all areas: beach, pool, and relaxation zones. However, the standout aspect of our stay was the personnel. Venera from Guest Relations was exceptional—always attentive, motivated, and truly customer-oriented. Vatan at the bar on the “main street” was a delight, always smiling, very polite, and remembered the drink preferences of returning guests. A manager at the sport bar on the base floor, who also manages the a-la-carte restaurants, provided outstanding service that truly met the 5-star European standard, though I unfortunately can’t recall his name. The kids’ club was another highlight, with almost all the staff being very kind and attentive. However, there was a lack of organization for some events, such as the paid banana boat rides. These should be better organized by providing specific time slots and dividing children into groups to avoid long waits. A minor negative was the quality of some of the shows, which felt a bit low. Seating in the arenas (both new and old) also needs improvement—there should be more permanent, comfortable seats available. Additionally, smoking areas need clearer markings to prevent smoking near areas where children are seated, especially around the performance stages. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids.
