IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas

The hotel is excellent , I have went to IC more than one time every single time it gets better ,the service is fast and good ,the food was delicious and fresh and every where you walk there would be a snack . There are many pools to choose from ,the beach was so calm , this hotel is perfect for family and friends . I love this hotel so much you should try it ! ☺️

It was an amazing experience—the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. If you’re traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice. They have extensive kids’ clubs, and the swimming pools are kept warm even in cold weather. Plus, if you love greenery, this hotel is perfect for you!

I really like the service and the attitude of staff, they are super friendly, responsible. There are a bunch of places for the entertainment, walking, and etc. Food products are pretty solid, delicious. I like that they use high-quality products, not that cheap crap. I also used the hotel's spa & massage services, they're super friendly, communicative. Appreciation to Kadep, Lin, Hakan, Naz & Burhan for consulting, helping me out to find the right procedure. Hakan is a qualified & professional specialist, I personally recommend him for great attitude.

Wow! We stayed in a villa with pool access and for a family with three children, the room was perfect- such a good size! This is one of the best experiences we have had at an all inclusive hotel. One of the things we loved the most was the Mavi restaurant and beach bar. You can order beautiful meals from a menu but also the buffet is absolutely perfect and always fresh and well curated. All staff are well trained and have impeccable manners. Zeha is a breath of fresh air and so wonderful with the children, as are her colleagues on the entertainment team. We spent wonderful days by the sea and enjoyed the children’s splash pool and water parks immensely. We really do not want to leave and we hope to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are going home very happy and refreshed!

I cannot stress out enough how superb the experience was in this hotel. We've never experienced such exclusiveness and luxurious service before. We stayed at the Villas in one of the Bali rooms with private pool and I can tell you that pictures don't do proper justice of how beautiful is the hotel. It's much better than the photos you see. You also get assigned a beach cabana private with your villa and it's mind blowing, looking at the beach from the confort of your own bed. It's definitely ultra all inclusive as they stated in the description. It's not only that they include all meals, they include luxury first-class meals, you can request even things that are not part of the menu for no extra fee. Actually, unlike most of hotels they don't try to charge you for every additional service. It includes so many things that you can basically feel safe and confident asking for services and food. The Villas have their own private are separated from the Green Palace Hotel that feels so exclusive, you feel you are truly VIP and special. And don't get me started on the guest relations department... oh my good, they are truly exceptional, they keep in contact with you at all times to make sure you are treated in the best possible way, to make sure you take advantage of all your benefits, they keep trying to make sure you are getting the most out of your stay. You can also access Á La Carte restaurants with no extra charge, but even if don't, trust me, the normal restaurant is also so exclusive. If you are looking to have relaxing, VIP, luxurious and kids-friendly holiday, this is your hotel. Your kid will have so much fun but at the same time you will have the best experience ever. We'll never forget this experience, we'll come back to this hotel every year if possible, we fall in love with this amazing experience. Any amount of money you pay for this hotel is totally worth it.

The hotel area is divaded two part, Green palace and Recidense. We were in Recidense area. There whole area is beautiful and well maintained. What we didnt like Recidense area was food. - pool service worked only some times. Compared to main hotel area at Green palace were it was working well all the time. - Ala carte menu food was not a same level with the Hotel. - Buffee was very good but amount of choises was quite small. - Worst hamburgers what we were ever eated was from via room service. What we liked - Friendly staff -Beautiful hotell specially beach area -Beach area service was very good. -Vip transport from hotel to airport and back Some odd things.. Do not order car from hotel to example shopping center via hotel reception. Price was 10€ higer than when ordered by your self. Hotel doctor is not available evening . Car noise leve was quite heavy . Time to change windows ? Overall we liked this hotel but this level your food needs to be good and proper flavored.
