Delphin BE Grand Resort

This is my first visit to this resort. Everything is beautiful in this resort. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The food was wonderful and very varied. The water city is very good. amazing It is wonderful and I will come back again.

The amenities are amazing - they have thought of everything. The staff is very welcoming and the food options are excellent! A la carte options were the best. The room was very spacious and well lit, with lots of plug options. I would highly recommend to families and friends.

very good hotel, tasty food and drinks, pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, warm pool and a lot of fun there. it was our first visit this hotel and we liked this very much. the weather is good and warm in January and a sea was clean. we like this hotel very much. thank you

Really enjoyed our stay. I particularly loved the fitness facilities including the yoga classes run by the fantastic Yarmor and Melisa every morning at 10:30. They also ran brilliant aqua aerobics classes in the outdoor heated pool (which was a lovely bath water temperature, felt especially luxurious in the winter season). These two instructors are fantastic and Delphine resorts are very lucky to have them! The gym was also very spacious and well equipped, had everything I needed to get some very solid workouts in. The entertainment was splendid. Special shout-out to Vulkan and Ramazan who brought extra fun to the usual darts and shooting activities offered at quite a lot of resorts. The special twist here is that you get actual prizes if you win! Good prizes too, like beach bags, caps and t-shirts. All with the Delphine logo of course but free is free. Again just want to circle back to how amazing the entertainment team were as well as the performers that came to do the evening shows, all of which were very enjoyable. Finally, a big shout out to the cooks and cleaners of the resort. The food was absolutely incredible (seriously, what you guys seasoning those fries with?) and there was plenty of choice. The place was spotless the whole time we were there. The waiters were fantastic and looked after us splendidly both at the restaurant and at the shows. Just a couple of critiques to an otherwise perfect stay. The bowling was ridiculously priced. Twice what we payed at the shopping mall on our trip to the city and with far worse lanes. The Italian al la carte (only one we tried) was quite disappointing. The cooking was still fantastic but for some reason the ingredients didn't seem as fresh?!? Especially the starters. The portion sizes were also tiny and left us hungry so we ended up back at the main restaurant after completing our dinner in just 20 minutes (there may be such as things as serving food too quickly lol) although we did turn down desert. Otherwise had an amazing experience and definitely wanting to return. Please pass on the praise to the staff! They were definitely the highlights. - Nick
